Everything's great, but we need to improve our staff service very slowly.

Great.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful, with a thoughtful design and a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are well maintained and there are stunning views everywhere.
I especially want to mention the SPA complex. The atmosphere was very pleasant: the soft Balinese lighting and the real tropical rain make it feel like you're in Bali. This is one of the most vivid experiences of our holiday.
In general, the holiday has left the most pleasant experiences, but there are a few points that I think can be improved.
I'd suggest paying a little more attention to the quality of service, food and restaurant operations. The service is already good, but if you make it more attentive and responsive, the experience will be even better.
I would also like to note that the steaks did not live up to expectations - I would like to see a higher quality of cooking.
I'm sure that if you refine the service and kitchen a little bit, this hotel will be a really perfect place to relax.

Price quality - perfect
Beautiful, clean, delicious
We rented a spa room, we were satisfied, beautiful relaxation!
Foam massage is really, slightly) just stroked and washed, it's hard to call it a massage. Everything else is fine!

The worst experience, on a special day.

At three times that price, you expect basic quality. The staff is nice, only outwardly, and they don't really care about your requests, they're already choked up there. Managers wouldn't see a list of shortcomings, and there aren't many! The worst experience and mood damage. On the outside, the air conditioners can't cool the room in the heat and the inside room doesn't have it! The water is always turned off and on only when you complain and without pressure. He asked that this day be a special one and at least a note at check-in, which my request was stupidly ignored 4 times! Everything there is old, repairs were long ago, windows do not keep noise or gam at all. The Jacuzzi is dirty and saw that the tiles are washed with chemicals that are very bad for health. Until morning, drunken boys who are brought into swimming pools from the streets rage.
I don't advise anyone, the good of resorts there is getting bigger!

Recently holidayed at the Balandda Chimgan Hotel and were very pleased! The grounds are beautiful, clean and well maintained, the rooms are cozy and comfortable. The staff are very polite, attentive and always available to help. The pool is clean, the atmosphere is calm and ideal for family vacations. Special thanks for the delicious breakfasts and high level of service. Be sure to come back again and would love to recommend Balandda Chimgan to your friends and loved ones!
