Exceptional Stay & Outstanding Service
Wonderful stay at Kempinski Muscat
We had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Muscat and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The hotel itself is beautiful, luxurious, and exceptionally well maintained, with a gorgeous beach, beautiful pools, excellent restaurants, and outstanding service.
What made our stay even more special was Atena. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly helpful, attentive, and thoughtful. She guided us whenever we needed anything and took the time to plan everything so carefully for us. Thanks to her, everything felt effortless and perfectly organized, and we always felt genuinely looked after.
A special thank you to Atena for making our stay so memorable. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference.
We would definitely love to come back to Kempinski Muscat and highly recommend it for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Muscat.

A very nice and friendly hotel.
I can only recommend it from the heart.
The staff is very friendly and takes great care of the guests. Moreover, everyone here has very good English skills. In-room dining is also great when you are too tired to go out.
The food was absolutely delicious and always prepared with great dedication. Mr. Mr. Haider has done a great job here. Super friendly, open, and accommodating.
The hotel is also very clean, modern, and you can really feel the luxury service here.
You will not regret it.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Kempinski Muscat. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect at every step.
The quality of service is simply exceptional without a doubt the best we have ever experienced. Every member of the staff demonstrates remarkable professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail.
The spa is a true haven of peace. The treatments offered, the quality of the products, and the excellence of the care were all absolutely perfect. The food is delicious, and the service whether by the pool or in the restaurants is impeccable. We were especially touched by the many thoughtful attentions given to guests, which made the experience even more unique and memorable.
