The most friendly reveiw ever

The room is clean and they allow check in early. Love the ambience there .This hotel provides an anmazing view over the mountains.Highly Recommended Hotel Greenland when you are upthere in Nagarkot!

Terrible stay

Room walls are broken, door lock is broken, lamp is broke, there is no hot water, it was musty dumpy smelly room.. Couldnt even sleep for an hour.. from their service to their rooms, all of them just bad. Not recommended.

Meh

Me and my partner stayed there for 3 nights but it wasn't the best for sure. The staff and the location were great but everything else was too much. 2/3 nights, we were not able to fall asleep until 3-4am, first night was because of the people in 103, they were extremely loud and to be honest I'm not entirely sure what they were up to. Second night was when there was a party going outside and in room 101, they didn't stop until around 3-4am again. The staff didn't even bother telling them to stop, and to be quite frank, I'm pretty sure they were part of the party.
In essence, if you don't like sleep and are a fan of listening to your neighbors doing their business... It's your place.
I'm truly disappointed of the stay!

Damp Musty Smelly Rooms

The only good thing about this place is spacious terrace, Everything else sucks.
The room is dirty, there is NO light in the room and the bathroom! It was a nightmare. The rooms are very damp and dark. The bed were uncomfortable and smelly. There is NO handle in the doors! There is NO hot water, and I was there in monsoon, so it was raining day and night. The staffs were so rude and unfriendly except for the Manager. Foods are ok. I will not recommend this place, not worth the money paid!

Best Hotel in Nagarkot, feel like heaven here

All you see from this Hotel is mountain views like nowhere else, their hospitality is very warm and everyone is so welcoming here. They serve amazing food and everything is really fresh. They have professional chied who makes sure you get the perfect taste for your food.
Highly Reccomended and must go hotel in Nagarkot.
The owner Prem lama makes sure that your stay is warm like home. Thanks for everything Hotel Greenland
