Ants.
Horrible expirience overall. The manager(?) was extremely rude, and wasn't there when we needed help. We had literal ANTS come in our rooms, and the manager just sprinkled some powder around our room. It didnt even work, the ants were all around the place and even crawled into our BEDS! We were supposed to get the big apartment with a kitchen but we didnt. The manager claimed it was overbooked, which isnt our problem. After paying 440€ for 10 days, that is a big deal. We had to leave after THREE days because of the poor service and ants literally colonising the place. The balcony door was broken, and we had to access the kitchen via key, outside of our two rooms. And each time we wanted to go to the kitchen it was locked. We had to call the manager each morning for the key and she answered, but was clearly annoyed by us waking her up. Once we couldnt even get her to answer and we had to go up and wake her up. The kitchen has moss and BLACK MOLD, which can be deadly to inhale! And the manager said they will paint over it, as if it does anything. The manager just burst in our rooms sometimes to put the powder where ants came from, but it certianly didn't help. Whilst we were packing, a couple was talking with the manager and she said that it was overbooked, once again. The manager was very unprofessional, and the first time we came she looked annoyed and said we were "too early". We were 20 minutes early and she came out in pyjamas? She was rude almost the entire time. She always smiled but it wasn't friendly at all. The shower was rusty, too. Horrible experience.
