Will come back

Great location in the Old Town of Kotor. Great welcoming staff. They have private parking. Room was nice with view to the courtyard above a Jazz club so we had nice music. If you close the windows it is sound proof and you can't hear anything from outside. Breakfast was great

Hotel Monte Cristo is a beautiful hotel for a stay in Kotor, well located in the heart of the Old Town and easy to navigate to. The rooms are spacious and well kept, and the restaurant offers a good breakfast.

Amazing hotel and staff

Wow, what a great Hotel.
Everyone from reception to the restaurant were superb.
Reception arranged a couple of trips for us - perfect. They emailed the day before to see if we wanted transfer - we did take this option and it was perfect and starts the holiday in the right way as when you 1st arrive in the Old Town it can be quite confusing (especially with mine and my wife directions :))
Everyone in the hotel so friendly and helpful, a great selection for breakfast - we also ate in the restaurant a couple of times, and amazing fresh food, and tentative staff
Yes we saw the comments about the noise and yes at 1st it was a shock - but you are in the middle of the town and soon get used to it, and a small sacrifice.
A lovely touch half way through was a bottle of red was put in the room, small touches like that go along way.
When we return to Montenegro again - we will definitely be using this hotel again.
Also if you do the Blue cave boat tour (you will be asked on the streets a lot of times) worth paying the 5 euro extra and go through the hotel as you know then you get the better experience.

The staff were super helpful, breakfast was nicely done, and the location was excellent. Highly recommend. We would stay there again if we visited Kotor.

Insomnia and stress.

The hotel itself is clean and cute, but there is a bar near the hotel, Letrika, where parties take place all night until morning. Sleeping in a hotel is impossible. Been up three nights in a row. Vibrating furniture and walls. Bar patrons are still screaming under the windows.
