favorite rental so far
it was a beautifully efficient use of space with a lovely private pool, very clean, room service, amenities, in-complex restaurant, workout room, many pools, amazing decorating and atmosphere, and several bathrooms. it has the perfect floorplan to maximize space. the surrounding jungle was incorporated into the design and beautiful to wake up to.

Not a true representation from the pictures that you will see. Poor accommodations but a nice pool.
Avoid this location. Especially if you're renting an Airbnb with the host name Moises. This host is renting a unit that is unlivable. I can't speak for the other units. Most pictures of the place are not accessible for guests and quite deceptive. The pool is decent and the grounds are clean but the units are terrible and noisy. The gym is lacking equipment and the restaurant is only open one day a week. The bar is open daily. Beware! Zero value for your money.

ROBBED STAYING HERE!!!
ROBBED STAYING HERE!!!
Do not stay here with Air BnB or any other vacations rental site. We stayed through ABnB and DIEGO was our host. We let him know one of the shower drains were clogged and he told us to leave our keys in the lock box outside and he would send maintenance. They didn’t come the first day we did this but the next.
When we arrived back to the apt, we checked our money stash hidden at the bottom of our suitcase in a small zip bag and noticed money was missing. They took a $100 bill and all the $20s and left only sixteen dollars worth of $1s.
We sent a message to Diego CONFIRMING someone came over to fix the drain and he said yes, they did. Then we let him know we were robbed of over $400. His EXCUSE was that no one has access to the property. How does that make sense if you literally just confirmed the maintenance people came over?! SHADY!!!
Later we noticed that they also stole a Wolverines snap back hat and a jersey. What a bunch of losers. DIEGO was not at all helpful and made nothing but excuses. We all know the maintenance people robbed us and who knows if DIEGO was also in on it.

Not worth the money and bad customer service from manager , but great restaurant!
These apartments are very pretty and as pictured, however we paid over 350/night and we were only given one clean towel during our stay and there is no where to do your own laundry. I realize these are apartments, but for people traveling by plane, it would be nice to have this basic amenity. On top of that, the manager, whoever I was communicating with on Whatsapp, was INCREDIBLY rude and combative. We were told to pay 50% deposit and 50% once we were at the location. We were greeted by host late at night, once we were given the keys. In the morning, I left my phone in the room to check out the pool and have breakfast. When I got back to my phone several hours later, I saw texts with, balance must be paid now!! And because I didn't respond, then I got more texts about how our reservation will be terminated if they don't receive immediate payment. OF course, we were planning to pay, but the combative nature that they took to get my payment (this was on going conversation, and they just made things worse) left a terrible taste in my mouth. If payment is due upon check-in, they simply have to notify us AT CHECK IN. Or provide written expectations. They are poorly organized, and I have stayed in many places all over the world and this was just very disappointing. The restaurant was delicious and great customer service though!
