Buon alloggio a Tulum

Famiglia - gestire alloggi con camere spaziose, ben - attrezzate per garantire un piacevole soggiorno.
Si trova in una zona residenziale con strade sterrate; le abbiamo trovate piene di pozzanghere, rendendo difficile camminare. Il comune dovrebbe affrontare questa spiacevole situazione sia per i proprietari che per gli ospiti.
I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili a fornire qualsiasi informazione utile per il vostro soggiorno.
La colazione viene servita a partire dalle 9: 00 AM, che è un po' tardi; si consiglia di fare colazione prima, almeno alle 8 : 00 AM. Suggeriamo anche di servirlo velocemente, poiché gli ospiti spesso vogliono sfruttare al massimo il loro tempo.
Nel complesso, è stata una buona esperienza, anche se ci sono margini di miglioramento.

Bellissimo soggiorno!

Abbiamo avuto un bellissimo soggiorno a Casa Kobaab. Roxy e Ramon erano padroni di casa incredibili, molto accomodante con le nostre esigenze dietetiche e ha dato ottimi consigli su Tulum e diverse attività e deve vedere le posizioni! Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno rilassante. L'alloggio era pulito e ordinato. E 'stata una bella fuga e la posizione è ideale per raggiungere i luoghi intorno a Tulum. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Staying here completely elevated our experience in Tulum. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming—you can truly feel the love throughout the property and see it in every detail. I actually turned into a coffee lover after staying here because they serve the best coffee! Their breakfast, which is included with your stay, is made fresh every morning using organic ingredients.
Our rooms were always well-stocked and spotless—the housekeeper did an amazing job. I’m very particular about cleanliness and had zero complaints. Another huge plus is how responsive the hosts are; whenever we needed something, we never waited more than 10 minutes to hear back or get help.
This was one of our favorite stays and trips ever—100% recommend.
Lastly, the location is perfect. You’re just a 5-minute walk from La Veleta for a more local vibe, and about 8 minutes from the hotel strip, where you’ll find upscale restaurants and clubs.

There's no better place to stay in Tulum

There is no better place to stay in Tulum! Casa Kobaab is pure magic, attended by its owners Roxy and Ramon, who are in every detail for what you need, always good vibes and predisposed to help or advise you in whatever. The place is unique, the decor is amazing, the rooms super spacious and complete, with special mention to the comfort of (smart) mattresses. The quiet of the hotel went beyond our expectations, it was a place where we completely disconnected. Although, if you wish, it has a coworking space (studio) with a super high speed internet (point of note in Tulum) where if you do not find inspiration is because you do not want, the decoration and musical instruments make this space almost a recording studio. We will definitely come back!

Roxy and Ramon are excellent hosts! My wife and I stayed for a week at their beautiful place for our honeymoon. They made it special for us, gave us ideas on local restaurants and also cooked up delicious breakfast! We didn’t want to leave, and the best part was the place itself. Our room was the Lapiz Lazuli suite with its own pool. It was spacious, clean and private. The location was perfect as you are a short distance from local eatery and boutique stores.
