The hotel is very clean, and everything feels fresh and new inside the hotel and rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for where to go to eat nearby. The breakfast included in the stay was very good and saved us from having to pay for one meal per day. There is a nice workout room and patio on the top floor, and the room comes with a small fridge, microwave and plates and utensils. The door to the hotel from the street is locked and staffed at all times so we felt very safe. There are a bunch of nice restaurants just one block over, so the location is very good. Overall, a very good value for what we paid. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in Mexico City

Ubicuo Hotel was an excellent place to stay. The staff is so friendly, inviting, and very helpful. I had emergency business at the American Embassy, and Sebastian and Malolo were so helpful printing things for me. It is important to note that the American Embassy has moved so this hotel is no longer close. Uber is widely available and worked very well as a cheap mode of transportation.
The breakfast was wonderful and the folks preparing it were very cheerful and helpful. The lattes were perfection. It was great to have a meal provided at the start of the day and the gluten free options of fruit, yogurt, granola an omelet and a small salad were great.
I had reserved a junior suite and the room was clean and fresh feeling with everything in good repair. The whole hotel felt well cared for and very clean. While there is a lot of street noise during the day the hotel was fairly well insulated so the noise wasn't too bad and the street was quiet at night.
Once I had my business finished I had time to walk and Uber to some of the many things to see in Mexico City such as the Museo Nacional de Antropologia (WOW!) the and the Museo Tamayo Arte Contemporaneo, both of which are in the large nearby park Jardin Botanico del Bosque de Chapultepec. I also walked the 2 miles to Parque Alameda and the Palacio de Bellas Artes.
I am going to bring my wife with me to Mexico City next time and we will definitely be staying here.

Such a gem in Mexico City. A boutique hotel with all the amenities one could want. Amazing made to order breakfast included. Helpful and friendly staff available to assist with every need. Cannot say more good things about our stay. 10/10

Excellent choice!

We were very satisfied and happy to have chosen this hotel!
It is a small, cozy hotel with modern facilities, clean, and charming décor. We loved our fourth-floor room overlooking the street! Plus, the staff was always very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the city location was unbeatable.
