I have returned to this apart -hotel for several years, the rooms in the front that face the street, the "executive Suites" are fantastic. The other rooms are rather depressing. But the front on levels three, four and five are excellent. It's a quiet Street it's walkable to everything in the area, but you don't have so many flabby gringos walking around, this street doesn't have much traffic, it has trees in front of the building and your room in the front, they could use a bit more kitchen utensils. but overall I always love it. My friend had the front room in the first floor level 102 and it was cold and dark so only choose the higher levels.

Very centric location - near all restaurants - attractions and public transportation… very beautiful area.
Room was clean all the time - warm water - quiet area… the only thing was the bed, it was hard on the back and woke up sore all the time.

The property is old and needs rehabilitation. The towels seem old and as if they haven’t been replaced in a while. I stayed in a suite and the motion sensor lights would turn on at odd times in the night which left me unable to sleep.
