## Review: A complete circus. They stole our money, ignore complaints, and hide sewage smells.

If your idea of a 4-star holiday includes staying up until sunrise while listening to deafening club music, this is the place for you!
I will give them credit for one thing: the air conditioning inside the actual room worked. However, stepping outside the room is a nightmare. Getting into the building is shocking—the access points are confusing, hidden, and incredibly frustrating to navigate. Once you finally get in, you have to suffer through the elevators, which feel like an absolute sauna. There is zero ventilation, and it is overwhelmingly hot.
The room itself was filthy, complete with heavily stained furniture and a lovely sewage smell wafting from the bathroom drains. We complained on the very first day about the stench, and their "professional" fix was to simply plug in electric air fresheners to try and mask the odor. It did absolutely nothing except mix a cheap perfume smell with the stench of raw sewage.
You won't need an alarm clock here because the paper-thin windows let you hear every single car horn and club bassline directly inside your room until 4:00 AM. When we complained, the front desk staff acted like we were inconveniencing them just by existing. They treat paying guests like prisoners with their ridiculous towel exchange policies and strict "no visitors" rules.
We couldn't take it anymore and checked out early. Unsurprisingly, they refused to give us a refund for the unused nights. They literally took our money and ran. Save your sanity and your wallet. Go literally anywhere else.

Practical and Comfortable Apartment Stay in Central Cancún with Excellent Location and Internet
Excellent location next to Malecón Américas, with walking distance to shopping mall, supermarkets, and restaurants.
Safe and well-maintained area, suitable for solo travelers and families or business travelers.
Very good internet connection in the room I stayed in (hybrid setup: fiber + coax).
Spacious apartment-style rooms with kitchen facilities, well suited for longer stays. Friendly and professional reception once they get to know you.

More of an apartment hotel than a traditional hotel; limited hotel-style facilities, but high level of independence.
Housekeeping and service are functional and discreet.
No beach within walking distance; this is a city property, not a resort. Several pool, but I didn't use it. The view from the appartment was stunning.
Limited social atmosphere compared to hotels in the hotel zone.
Overall assessment: A reliable and practical choice in downtown Cancún for longer stays, work trips, or travelers who do not need resort facilities. Best suited for guests who prioritize location, space, and stable internet over luxury amenities.
Recommended for extended stays in Cancún Centro, especially for solo travelers seeking a safe location, good logistics, and functional apartment-style accommodation.
