Absolutely recommended!
What a fantastic experience we had at Riad Aguaviva! From the first moment we felt incredibly welcome. The riad is beautiful, attractive, spotless and well cared for. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious, fresh breakfast and everywhere you notice with how much love and attention this place is run.
But what has really made our stay unforgettable is Adnan. Rarely have we met someone so welcoming, helpful and committed. Nothing was too much for him. He was always there for us, gave great tips about Marrakech, arranged taxis without difficulty and thought along with everything. Thanks to his personal attention we did not feel like tourists, but real guests.
His advice has ensured that we have discovered the most beautiful places and have been able to fully enjoy our holiday. It gave a very familiar feeling to know that we could always turn to him with questions or for help. You don't see that very often and deserve a big compliment.
If you want to experience Marrakech from a beautiful riad with a warm, personal atmosphere and a host who will do anything to make your stay perfect, we can warmly recommend Riad Aguaviva. Adnan has made our holiday an unforgettable experience and is one of the main reasons we definitely want to come back.

Wonderful riad
Lovely place to stay and meet kindness and care. Attention and great food (wonderful breakfast).

Fabulous home from home ♥️
This place is like a home from home. They are so lovely and welcoming. Anything you need help with is no trouble at all.
We have stayed here for 4 nights. It has a beautiful roof terrace where we have breakfast in the morning which is fabulous! It is prepared by the wonderful Fatima. I would like to take Fatima home with me as she is just fabulous and makes amazing food.
Adnan who runs the hotel has been wonderful he has helped us with so many things and he really has made our holiday even more special. Thank you so much Adnan.
The place is fabulous but it’s the people that work here that make it even more special.
I have never been to Marakesh before but wow what an amazing time we have had and I wish we could stay much longer.
We will be back to see you guys again as soon as we can! Than you so so much

Privatisation 14 people
We privatized the Riad Aguaviva on the occasion of my spouse’s 30th birthday. There were 14.
The Riad is beautiful, with a very neat decoration
The dining area is on the roof terrace at the very top with shaded areas. The Riad is perfectly adapted to a group of 14 people
The rooms are spacious and well decorated
The staff is very attentive, even accompanying us to the bus/car pick-up site for activities (5 minutes walk max)
We have been completely autonomous on the Riad even if Adnane has always been very responsive to our needs, day and night!
The Riad is slightly off-center from the center of the medina but it was not at all disturbing to visit it

Authentic, Tranquil and Friendly
At first we thought we were heading to some underground bunker as the entrance is not what you’d expect , ducking down beneath the entrance to a small alley way. But then you go through a wooden door into this beautiful traditional building with the friendliest host you could wish for, Adnan. The rooms are quaint and ornate, with simple furnishings. If you are planning to spend your evenings watching Netflix, then this is not for you but as a base for an authentic Moroccan experience, this is great. Breakfast is amazing and feels personal with everything made freshly and in abundance. It’s about 20 mins walk to the Medina but don’t let that put you off as the journey is enjoyable. Tip - download the “maps.me” app as it will help you from getting lost in the labyrinth of alleys and pathways in the Medina. Hot air balloon trip to watch the sunrise was amazing and we’d recommend booking a table on the terrace of Kabana bar where you can see the Atlas Mountains and watch the African sun set.
