Great experience

Great boutique hotel, fantastic location, easy and convenient self check in.
The reception is not open 24 hours a day but all the necessary information is written everywhere.
The room was very comfortable with typical Maltese balcony, equipped with everything you need.
Finally after 15 days I slept with a fantastic pillow, the mattress maybe could be improved.
Breakfast served on the ground floor by a very courteous gentleman.
I will definitely return

Very improvable

Hotel with convenient self check-in, with no staff present in the structure apart from one person in the morning for breakfast who however told us to not be the manager of the hotel asking us to contact the numbers indicated in the signs scattered around the structure. Unfortunately room not perfect already on arrival, cleaning service although daily very approximate and definitely improveable. To the reporting of discomfort inevitably through official channel instead little availability from the management.
Fair location to move because convenient to public transport. Restaurants, bars, markets, gardens and promenade also in the immediate vicinity.

Good location

Stayed in the exiles for a few nights. Mario the host is most obliging. Breakfast is not great so wouldn't bother with it...food should be covered to keep flies off. The breakfast room is a Lebanese restaurant by evening! Room nice as is balcony and terrace upstairs. Wouldn't class it as a hotel atall though. Fine for a few nights stopover.

Best boutique hotel ever

This immaculately design Maltese building offers a unique stay with excellent location and Mario’s great hospitality and kindness which makes your visit truly unforgettable experience. The location is adjacent to all attractions and posh restaurants, Balluta Bay church (Talcarno church) which has a breathtaking view. This hotel is strongly recommended for anyone visiting Malta.

Scelta azzeccata. Ideale per visitare La Valletta

Abbiamo scelto questo piccolo albergo perché ci ispirava la zona di Sliema. Poi dovevamo trasferirci vicino alle spiagge per altri giorni. Non c'è la reception 24h ma il sig.Silvio Zammit mi ha contattato e dato cortesemente tutte le informazioni. La camera era larga, arredata con gusto e confortevole. Il bagno era recente e ampio. Dalla finestra si vedeva la vietta con in fondo il mare. Vicino c'è una bellissima passeggiata e si può arrivare al porto da cui prendere con modica spesa il traghetto per il centro di Valletta. Al mattino c'era il simpatico Mario tifoso della Juventus e parlante italiano che ci ha fatto il cappuccino. La colazione è discreta. Bella esperienza peccato per un giorno e la consiglio perché ci ritornerei. Saluti al Mario.
