Just had the most incredible six nights at Borneo Eagle Resort, the service was just superb, the staff made our stay amazing, they could not do enough for us whether it was anticipating our needs or remembering exactly what we liked. It is a very remote resort but the benefits of that is that there are not thousands of tourists around and you get true relaxation and Tranquility.  the food is ordered in advance and the chef was really accommodating to changes and menu tweaks, he managed to cook brilliant cuisine from every single continent! The villas were beautiful and the the trips were really good fun thanks to Shafiq. Kenneth at the bar was brilliant and so good with the kids and cocktails!! The Wi-Fi was horrific though so don’t plan on doing any work whilst you’re there, we never had it in the room at any time and only at the restaurant for short periods, Afnan the manager had to take us down the jetty and he let us use his own private phone at one point just to get a signal. They really tried to help whenever we had a problem with anything whether it was the Wi-Fi or the mosquitoes!! The main thing for the kids to do was the trips and playing in the pool which was so huge that they actually went paddle boarding in it every day. I highly recommend this resort if you want to be in a beautiful environment with incredible staff and fantastic food and get away from the crowds!!

房间怒大，感觉像忽然变成有钱人，太大了，难以想象，整个酒店就我们一家人，所有客服人员大概20几个都围绕我们转，服务不错， 餐厅会根据客人需求做各种吃的，甜品也是很棒，就是稍微有点孤独！

酒店祇有少量別墅，沒有客房，所以整個渡假村內沒有很多人。我一家住泳池別墅，泳池再行出一點就是海邊。坐在屋外的沙灘床上望着海景，非常舒適。酒店包三餐，但相當有質量，及每天晚餐都有不同。酒店種有椰子樹，我們每天都免費打包新鮮椰子汁回房喝，基本上當水喝了。酒店在迪加島邊，但我的電話沒有收到訊號，可能是電話卡台問題，所以上網祇能靠酒店WiFi. 但別墅是沒有Wifi訊號的，祗有大堂，餐廳，泳池吧能提供，基本上可以脫離煩囂，安心渡假。
酒店接駁船所在的碼頭距離亞庇市比較遠，我們一家包車坐了大概兩小時。中間有一段道路還在修建，路况比較差。接駁船泊任在自然保護區巡邏隊的碼頭內，到達後跟酒店經理溝通可早點派船接送。

풀빌라에 대한 리뷰가 드물어 걱정반으로 시작
가는 배편의 위치가 정확하게 안내되지 않아 힘듦
도착한 숙소는 친절한 직원들 덕에 마음편히 휴양을 할 수 있었음
넓은 객실과 프라이빗한 가든이 좋았고,
섬이라 일출과 일몰을 둘 다 감상할 수 있음.
식사는 끼니마다 충분한 양으로 제공되고, 알콜을 제외한 모든 음료는 리필이 가능.
비용을 고려한다면 더 나은 선택지도 있을 수 있겠지만 코타키나발루 에서는 가장 프라이빗한 풀빌라임.
친절한 직원들 칭찬합니다.

The hotel is on the island, to get to Borneo Eagle Resort, you need a car transfer to Kuala Penyu Jetty from Kota Kinabalu Airport which will takes 2.5 hours journey and boat transfer takes about 30-40 minutes from Kuala Penyu Jetty to the hotel. You can take the schedule boat transfer during the following times - 10:30 and 15:00 (from Jetty to hotel) , 11:15 and 16:00 (from Hotel to Jetty); if guests missed the schedule, private speedboat service is required, additional charges applies.
