Great

I never had chance to stay in hotel,my honeymoon trip had cancelled and I totally lost every money I spent, but this people understand my situation and had cancelled my booking without any charges... So I decide that next time onwards I will choose to stay there only...because they care for their people..thankyou and thanks for booking.com

The rooms were not very clean. It looked like they cleaned a long time ago. The room needed renovation, it's kinda old. The location is not very suitable if you wanna enjoy beach. But there's a restaurant just behind the botel. The hole hotel area is smoking free, that's a good thing for non-smokers.

Room was full of spider web and insects. Nothing was provided in washroom and the lobby was full of lizards.

Basic rooms but good family host

The chalets looked bit old and very basic. The view was of the fields which was quite nice to enjoy, but sadly there were mosquitoes that made it difficult to sit out. The bathroom was clean but very basic and used to get waterlogged. The family running the place was sweet to provide breakfast as per our requirements with a cute hand-written note. Even the day of our checkout we were supposed to leave really early, and they ensured we have coffee and fruits before we go, though we didn't even asked for it.

It grew on me over the days

Booked here to stay 3 nights with my partner and on first sight i thought it was a bit of a dump, but over the days it grew on me and i left after my 3 days quite liking the place. Good points, owner and staff are very nice, it's clean and secure, cleaned every day with fresh towels every other day. Air con works well, wi fi is excellent in fact the wi fi is some of the best I've had in the country, and there is few drinking water available and toast, tea in the mornings.
Bad points, backs on too paddy fields which become noisy at night with birds which chirp from dusk till dawn. Property is a bit run down outside and dated inside but there was work going on so this could improve in time.
Overall not a bad stay, 10 minutes from the beach, restaurant next door and a excellent food hall over the road.
I'd stay again after seeing some of the other accommodation offered in Langkawi
