Location excellent, walking distance to old sector of town. Superb friendly efficient staff.

Overall, had a pleasant stay. However, only two complimentary bottles of water were provided per day, additional water bottle are chargeable. A water dispenser would be a great addition to improve the guest experience.

Location right next to the riverfront, though no river views rooms available. Some staff were very helpful, some more apathetic.
Price is reflective of what you get and amenities were adequate for a short stay. Beds in a twin room were large and fairly comfortable. Some towels were threadbare, others were fine. Breakfast is average. One factor we did not take into account was the loud road noise during the night. Thin glass windows meant the sound carried. Motorbikes and hotted up cars like using the main road as their own personal speedway between 2am and 4am.
Not the hotels fault of course, but maybe a more upmarket place has better soundproofing?

Very good location, good rooms, but the breakfast....

This is a very well located hotel, very near to all interesting places in Kuching. Rooms are nice and lift is very effective (what is very important, when rooms are located in 11 floors and only two lifts are available). Only the breakfasts ("continental") are below Saravach standards (neither fruits nor vegetables available!). Try to ask for room with the river view.

Vacation

The location was great, near with almost all of the places that we want to visit, we can see the cat statue from our room (I LOVE IT!), breakfast was just okay but not much of the selection of the food and when we were there, we had experienced 2-days without water. They only gave us 2 small bottles every time we asked for water bottles. I recommend staying here but without breakfast because near there have so many options to try on but overall, worth the penny and great location!
