After many years of staying in Beirut, I finally found a hotel that I never hesitate to book again. I’ve stayed here several times and always choose the Executive Room.
The hotel itself and the staff are absolutely amazing. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are very clean, and overall the service is excellent. Every stay has been pleasant and relaxing.
That said, there are a few small points I truly hope will be improved by my next visit:
•Replacing the towels with newer ones
•Vacuuming the rooms before mopping, as I’ve noticed dust and hair under the bed and on the floor
•Improving the breakfast buffet variety
•Adding a proper coffee machine, especially considering the price of the Executive Rooms
Overall, my experiences have been very happy and comfortable, and this remains my favourite hotel in Beirut. I’m confident that with these small improvements, it would be absolutely perfect. I look forward to my next stay.

Being very objective: the staff is very helpful and nice, but the hotel is clearly not of a 5* standard; rather a 3.5-4*, as previous customers said. The rooms are visually nice, but not that clean, the window isolation is horrible, you hear the cara all night. The overall rating shouldn't be more than 7.5/10. Way too expensive for the quality. And breakfast absolutely horrible... no even joghurt available.

Nice hotel but very noisy
We came for the holidays to spend a week to visit our family.
On arrival we discovered a large room with very comfortable beds but unfortunately a window problem that did not close while we were overlooking a central Avenue and very very noisy. Gentlemen came to repair but nothing did until the 3rd day when they finally found a solution to repair the window.
The floor slabs were damaged and moved as we walked over them.
The cleaning was not well done and we had to ask several times that it be done and on top of that we were systematically removed from the shower mats and we had to wait 30 minutes each evening until someone systematically removed us a new one.
Breakfast was good but too simple for its price.
The people at the reception were extremely kind and helpful regardless. Always ready to help us and look for solutions.

The staff at this hotel is really amazing! My only complaints are that we had a leak in our bathroom which they tried to fix several times but it never fully got resolved and the food was not so good! But the amenities, staff, and ambience were very nice!
