Comfortable hotel in the heart of Nairobi

Ideally located in the heart of Nairobi, close to everything and a short drive from the airport. Though the hotel is situated in a busy environment, it is very peaceful and quiet, offering facilities such as a heated swimming pool, bar and lounge areas to relax after a busy day.
The rooms are well appointed and clean. Very professional and friendly staff attended to all our needs, even a packed breakfast for our early departure.
A quality hotel at a reasonable value.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service

I had a very pleasant stay at Jacaranda Hotel Nairobi. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, and well-maintained facilities. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. The location is convenient, and the swimming pool and gardens provide a relaxing environment after a busy day. Overall, the hotel offers good value and reliable service. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to other visitors.

I never want to visit again

The location is strategically good, the spa is great, and the hotel food is amazing. However, I’m not happy with the hotel service as I noticed staff were often busy playing on their phones. The pool was not heated as advertised, and we rarely saw any attendants. We don’t really get much enjoyment out of our pool. They didn’t provide us, as hotel guests, with free towels, possibly mistaking us for day visitors. The hotel’s electric shower had extremely low water pressure, and despite our complaints and their attempts to fix it, the issue remained. Although they offered us a free room upgrade, we weren’t interested in moving our belongings. The atmosphere was okay, and the room was a decent size—not too big, not too small.
