Attractions of Small Ryokan
The inn's parking lot was right next to the building, making it easy to use.
There is a lobby right next to the entrance, but the lobby seems to be on the basement floor because of the structure, and the first floor has a public bath, private bath and restaurant. The 2nd and 3rd floors are guest rooms, and this time I stayed in Room 303.
Room 303 does not have a guest open-air bath, but on the same 3rd floor there is a private open-air bath for Room 303, which can be used at any time during your stay. The water was not cloudy white, but slightly cloudy, and I could feel the smell of sulfur and the onsen-likeness.
However, there was an inlet at the bottom of the tub, and the water level was not constant even though the water was slightly added, so it seemed to use a circulation system instead of pouring the source water.
The rooms are very spacious with bedrooms, Japanese-style rooms and a multipurpose free space. The walls of the Japanese-style room are mortar painted, and the tatami mats are borderless tatami mats, creating an overall calm atmosphere.
The lighting was designed to be dark and the light source inconspicuous, blending naturally into the overall atmosphere of the room. The modest, soft brightness was pleasant, and I felt a commitment to creating the space.
The exterior of the building felt somewhat stale, but the rooms seemed very new and clean, perhaps renewed.
Dinner was in the room, and the chef's carefully crafted appetizers were so cute that I was thrilled the moment I saw them. Every dish was beautifully served and I was able to taste it slowly.
The staff who carried the food was a foreigner, but they explained it carefully in fluent Japanese, and it was very convenient, so I could enjoy the meal with peace of mind.
Breakfast is served at the restaurant, but because it is divided by seat, you can eat calmly without worrying about the surroundings. In particular, the menu where the rice was poured with soup stock was very delicious.
However, my husband didn't seem to have enough for both dinner and breakfast.
The guest rooms are about 10 small ryokan on the second and third floors, and I like ryokan on this scale. I had very little contact with other customers and was able to spend a very quiet time.

Unsuitable accommodation for the elderly
The restaurant, the digging kotatsu style, the steps, my back hurt. It's backless and spicy. I need a chair.
All I have is a room, a tea cup.
I need a glass.
Must be from the parking lot.
Meals are fine.

There will be no second stay
The building is probably a renovated training center for a company or something. The room (Room 205) itself was good for two people.
They gave us special room service (proposed by the hotel). However, the timing of the meals was all bad, and we didn't enjoy the taste very much. Also, the alcohol was very expensive, even considering that it was a ryokan price.
The large public bath is generally deserted and not cleaned well. The bathroom was just cold because of the season, and my friend, a nurse, was always worried that the elderly guests would get heat shock. On the other hand, the water was too hot to take a long bath. I also went to the open-air bath, but I took a route that seemed like it was for people involved, and I thought that's how it was. However, the quality of the spring water is very good. I really felt like I was in Hakone here.
There were some good points, such as the free shuttle from the station and the polite service of the young staff, but the service was not commensurate with the price. Maybe I expected too much from the photos and reviews on the reservation site. Customers have been pointing out peeling tiles in the large communal baths (both men's and women's), so it seems that improvements to the physical facilities have not been sufficient.

フルコースとにごりの湯、最高です！
【食事】
前もって口コミで聞いていた通りで、夕食(フルコース！)も朝食もともにクオリティが高く、大満足です◎ 写真は2022年夏季の夕食メニューです。季節によってメニューが違う？らしいので、他の時期のも気になります…。
スタッフの方々もとても感じが良く、お酒やご飯に関する紹介もたくさんしていただきました。
コロナウイルスが流行っていますし、半個室で食事できたのもよかったです。
【温泉】
私たちはお部屋に温泉がついていなかったので、貸切温泉を45分間利用させていただきました。貸切温泉は2つあるので、予約が埋まってしまわないか心配！ということもなかったです。
「にごりの湯」とありますが、スタッフの方曰く、その日のコンディションによってお湯のにごり具合が異なるそうです。私たちは運が良く、真っ白なお湯に入ることができたのでラッキーでした☆温度もちょうど良く、疲れも取ることができました。
大浴場も朝方に利用しましたが、全体的にお部屋の数が少なく人数も少ないので、ひとりで貸切で利用していました（笑）大浴場を出てすぐのマッサージ機も無料で利用できるのでおすすめです。
【その他】
・強羅駅からの無料送迎を電話で依頼しましたが、スムーズに来ていただけました。
・お部屋は特段清掃が行き届いてない部分はなかったように思います。広々としていましたし、ベッドも気持ちが良く過ごしやすかったです。
・お部屋に用意されていたチーズケーキが美味です！購入もできるみたいです。
