The hotel is updated and very clean. You got to see Fujisan while taking onsen.

Convenient and good facilities

I always stay before heading back to the airport. You can do good shopping within walking distance, lots of restaurants around. You can also catch free shuttle bus to Outlet shopping centre. If you drive there, Lots of car parking spaces. The most convenient is Family Mart convenient store 24 hours open, right connected to the lobby. Spa is on the top floor, with laundry facility and a locker. Ladies Spa needs an extra card key so feel safe. Single room is narrow, but I managed to open my large suitcase on the floor. Very clean and is provided with equipped with hair dryer, hair iron, room steamer (as room gets dry with air conditioning). TV has free room theatre, but the movies are not interesting. Bed mattress is a bit hard for my liking, and has only one pillow, not two for European style. I am happy with this hotel and use again when I visit my family.

I have not stayed but ...
I have not stayed but I would like to review, the hospitality of the hotel reception here is the best. I wanted to call a taxi because the transfer bus from the Tomei Gotemba bus stop went off but I tried to check the phone number "I will call you" as soon as I called you. It is easy to imagine that the hospitality that you responded to immediately after seeing the troubled tourists would be even more wonderful for guests. Although it was a woman, it was saved by warm correspondence.

泊まってないのだけれどレビューしたいですね、ここのホテルの受付のホスピタリティは最高です。東名御殿場バス停から乗り換えのバスが行ってしまったためにタクシーを呼びたかったのですが電話番号を確認しようとしたら「こちらでお呼びします」とすぐに呼んでいただけました。困っている観光客を見てすぐに対応していただいたホスピタリティは宿泊客であればもっと素晴らしいものが得られるのだろうと容易に想像できます。女性の方だったのですが暖かい対応で助かりました。

Located near the bus interchange

Stayed in this hotel for a few days. The hotel in general is good. The room was spacious and well kept. On top floor, they have the spa which have a great view of mt fuji. There are a few restaurants and shops close to the hotel. This hotel though is far from the train station. About 10minutes walk from hotel to the train station.

便利できれい！快適です（Convenience,clean facility and comfortable!)

ホテル自体は清潔にされており、申し分ありません。女性限定のサービスなども行われており、良い印象です。インターチェンジはすぐ近くにあるのですが、最寄駅からは少し距離があるため、それだけが難点です。
This hotel was very clean.There were some special menus for ladies.This is near by Gotenba I.C. but, apart from nearest train station.It takes about twenty mintes on foot.
