Only good things

Helpful owner. We ware late due to circumstances and the owner waited for us and helped with the luggage. Nice and spacious room situated in the centre of the city. Self service breakfast with everything you need. For people with reduced mobility the long stairs could be a problem.

Great roof terrace, great room, near old town

Our room was large, clean and attractive. But the real selling point is access to a lovely roof terrace with fab views over the old town. Close to the old town and the station too. The owners were flexible and arranged for key collection near by when our plans changed.

Disappointment

Although we had a very beautiful, big and clean room, there are some really negative points about the B&B in general.
First of all, the non-existing hospitality. I can't see why everyone speaks about the great hospitality when nobody of the staff is ever there. We waited more than an hour before someone showed up to let us in, and this in despite of writing a mail with our arriving time on THEIR demand (2 days before arriving). We never saw anyone during our stay (3 nights), not even when we left.
The second negative point is the breakfast. Frankly speeking, it is terrible.
We arrived on saterday and when we left on thuesday, there were still the same cakes and the same old bread. Never got anything fresh during our 3 days. There was no fruit, no yogurt.
It is a pity, because it is very beautiful inside, a nice roofterrace and so close to 'centro storico' of Viterbo.
I really hope this will change in the future.

Lovely little gem with an amazing vie

This lovely little gem sits in the heart of the beautiful city of Viterbo. The amazing rooftop terrace have a spiral staircase to an even higher viewpoint that gives you a 360* view of the city. Alessia is a wonderful hostess who makes you feel home away from home :)

Charming, clean and spacious

We stayed in the Suite as we were staying for 3 nights and it was lovely. King sized bed (hooray) and silent air conditioning were an unexpected bonus to a very well furnished and elegant room. The kitchen was great and had a good lavazza coffee machine and as the kitchen is available 24 hours and is full of biscuits, muffins and cake then it comes into play late at night. It is unbelievably quiet. Only criticism would be breakfast is a bit basic (some cereal and toast) but you do have a fridge in your room and supermarkets near by. Couple of tips, parking is free but limited. Ask Alessio to tell you where to park as it can be hard to find, and also the b&b is on the 3rd floor so there are some steps to climb but you get great views. Enjoy.
