Excellent position in an old palace

Brilliant location . Lovely rooms although old building. Rooms large and comfortable . Bathroom was good with a bath . Good breakfast and lively roof terrace .

The grand hotel is ideally located in the heart of Verona, steps away for the Arena, the best restaurants, shopping, everything. Will definitely return!

Perfection and wonderful staff

The whole stay from start to finish was exceptional. We were greeted by the lovely Angela at reception who gave us great advice on choosing a restaurant and even booked one for us La Loggia which is highly recommended. She also remembered it was my birthday and sent a beautiful cake up to the room.We ate in the rooftop restaurant on our first night and were blown away with the service from Nadia, Sara and Guisseppe, Jasmine and Marie Claire, who along with Nadia made the breakfast even more special.
We absolutely adored the rooftop bar and were treated like royalty by all staff, we loved Paulo, Sara and Nicholas, but honestly all staff stand out.
The building is stunning, rooms beautiful and immaculate and well stocked with lovely toiletries. We won’t ever stay. anywhere else in Verona again, can’t wait to return

NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!!!

If you appreciate AC and need it to get sleep DO NOT STAY HERE. The coldest you can get your room is about 78F at best. They limit how cold you can get your room no matter how low you set your thermostat.
When asking the front desk their solution is a fan.

We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you were uncomfortable due to the temperature in your room.
Unfortunately, Verona experienced an exceptional heatwave during the days of your stay, with unusually high temperatures affecting the entire city. Nevertheless, we would like to clarify that all of our air conditioning systems were fully operational throughout this period. There is no temperature restriction imposed by the hotel, and each guest is free to set the room thermostat to their preferred temperature.
We sincerely regret that the cooling in your room did not provide the level of comfort you expected.

Rip-off!

€8 for a boiled breakfast egg! What a disgrace!
The furniture has probably been depreciated since 1978.
Ice-cold atmosphere in the lobby.
The two bartenders were world-class! A real bright spot, but it cannot disguise the fact that the Due Torri falls far short of its own standards and is completely overpriced as a result. The target audience appears to be U.S. tourists.

Regarding the furnishings and the atmosphere of the hotel, Due Torri is a historic 14th-century palace, and preserving its unique character is one of our greatest priorities. Much of the furniture and décor are original, carefully maintained, and reflect the elegant Biedermeier style that is part of the building's rich heritage. Many of our guests choose to stay with us precisely because they appreciate the authentic charm and historical significance of the property.
We are sorry that this style did not match your personal taste. We also regret that you found our breakfast pricing and overall value unsatisfactory, as we always strive to provide a level of service and quality that reflects the standards of our hotel.
