Two days in Verona

I stayed here for one night and had a great time. Great and comfortable room; excellent cleaning; very kind and helpful staff. The property is also a 2-minute walk from the arena thus putting it in a great location!

Move on to the next one.

I contacted the facility countless times regarding issues with check-in since we arrived after the usual time, and I was met with a door in my face.
0 availability
0 flexibility
Not to mention the education of the girl I spoke with.
I have never found more scandalous service; I speak from experience as I do the same job. A total disgrace.

Zero reliability!

Experience to forget.
For about 24 hours the property did not respond to my calls / messages, in which I had several times communicated my arrival time.
On the day of check-in they informed me that they would not receive me after 6 pm, writing to me to contact Booking assistance and making themselves unavailable again from that moment.
Booking, apologizing for the inconvenience, has repeatedly asked the property to refund the cost of the reservation, which clearly never happened.
End result: I booked another property without ever receiving a refund, nor any response to calls made.
Total absence of courtesy, reliability and hospitality.

Good choice to visit Verona

Location, cleanliness, spacious room and bathroom, kindness of the guy who checked in was good.
The bad thing is that there were enough stairs to climb the first floor to reach the elevator. With large suitcases it got a little difficult.

Pleasant visit to Verona

The location is awesome...convenient to everything.
The Nabucco room is truly beautiful and welcoming. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very spacious.
A suggestion: I would make breakfast better by adding sandwiches and croissants and orange juice.
Overall definitely recommended
