Unpleasant

We booked 2 nights. After the first night, the receptionist came to our room at noon and tried to unlock the door without knocking. Even when we shouted "Stop," he simply continued and said we should have been out for a long time; check-out had already passed. We then said we had two nights, and only then did he stop trying to unlock our room uninvited. An apology did not come.
At night, loud drainage noises were constantly heard from the bathroom as well.

Uncomfortable stay

We stayed at this campsite 4 days... for New Year's Eve 2026 and after to visit Venice and beyond..... the idea of staying outside Venice which is very expensive and also have a shuttle service to reach it had interested us. Too bad: the shuttle has specific times and you have to book it , it is a fee it fills easily and above all it DOES NOT LEAVE YOU in Piazzale Roma, you have to walk 1 km and with the cold of this period is not the best..... we found out instead that the stop of 6 took us to Piazzale Roma, without making a km walk. We then took the car and parked around the stop of 6 .... avoiding getting cold..... another very negative note is the mattress and pillows that they provide. I slept badly and the next morning my back was broken... it was a real nightmare, I tried to ask for another pillow, (the one provided is a thin one) but they were finished because all the guests had asked for one. I wouldn't recommend this place. With hindsight I would have taken an apartment in Marghera, near bus stop 6, without stressing with the shuttle schedules and parking. With subscription we had made it was all included, we also visited the Island of San Giorgio and Giudecca
