Best of class and elegance.

This was the best hotel ever! Location right beside Rialto bridge on the water. 2 minute walk to water taxi and 1 minute to pizza and gelato! 12 minute walk to most things you want to see in Venice. Honestly it was like staying in a historical mansion with modern amenities. The painting the grand piano and the beds were awesome. It’s a very upscale feel and the breakfast was amazing! Nutella filled biscuits, omelets, fruit, lots of coffee choices! There was an art exhibit in the floors beneath the rooms and it was free. Fantastic! For the $$$ well worth every penny for location, food and advice from the manager. A+ for cleanliness and the service was fantastic! Do yourself a favor and stay at this magnificent hotel!

Period atmospheres

Beautiful historic residence next to Rialto Bridge on the Grand Canal.
Boutique hotel furnished with taste and period elements, in which you can breathe the slow and rarefied atmosphere of Venice of yesteryear, which is what is sought after among the less crowded streets.
Courteous, professional and ready to meet every request. Breakfast, overlooking the big canal, nice and good. Excellent location.
Experience to repeat.

It is one of the most amazing experiences ever. The staff was above and beyond expectations. They are fun, helpful, and professional.
The location is right in the middle of everything including the water bus, taxi and gondola dock,
If you’re lucky enough to get a room here, book it

Wonderful characterful room well appointed and close to the Palazzo's facilities. Breakfast was sufficient and taken in a luxury salon style room surrounded by old masters (or copies thereof) Ensuite bathroom luxurious and fully equipped.
