Excellent experience.

The location is excellent, close to communication routes, yet far enough away to avoid disturbances. The private parking and garden are significant conveniences. Charming owner, good room, breakfast, and cleanliness.

Bad weekend

Intrigued by the reviews we stayed at this beb Located 5 minutes from spello and 20 minutes from Assisi. We stayed here for a relaxing weekend and away from the chaos, this very relaxing aspect. Large and spacious rooms but the cleanliness of the room in the days to come was absent because not included. Unfortunately even the welcome we did not like starting from when we arrived tired in the evening until we left. I'm sorry but I can't do a good review..hope it can be a starting point to improve.

Beb in nature

Beb in villa with private entrance ,located in the open countryside,immersed in tranquility,especially at night you can hear only his of some cricket in giardino.E 'the second year that I stay here for the wine event tour.La friendly and welcoming owner, prepares a rich breakfast of many things,sweet and savory,even with homemade desserts.The room very comfortable with TV ,extra pillows and blankets very calde.lo recommend

Beautiful experience

A fabulous week, cleanliness and seriousness. The lady was helpful and above all she was able to recommend all the places to visit. The breakfasts were excellent but above all plentiful. Easy to get to lovely place. Highly recommended

To remember

We had a great time, the place is lovely and very relaxing, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail.
The breakfast was fantastic, we felt at ease and pampered by the lady who is truly wonderful! We highly recommend it
