Central Part in Rome. Owner is nice and easy going, who speaks in English.

It is at just the central part in Rome. It is the closest location to the Vatican City. 1.4 km away from the Vatican city. Everything is closer to reach. Subway station is nearby. Groceries are close by. Restaurants are easy to find around the area.

holiday

excellent apartment located on the third floor, in a building, with a very small elevator, you go up and there are 4 divided rooms with bathroom all very nice, for breakfast included in the price you go to a nearby bar,, very polite and nice owners, close to 10 minutes from the Vatican and Octavian stop, we will return for sure, because it is super top. a greeting to Alexio and Loredana thanks

Great value for money!

Before we started our cruise from Civitavecchia, we booked a night at the St. Peter Central Rooms B&B so that we could "take" Rome with us on our trip for one night.
The B&B is very centrally located. There are numerous shops, the Ottaviano metro and bus stops in the immediate vicinity. The Vatican City can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
Our rooms were clean and spacious, had a safe, refrigerator and even a TV with Netflix . If we had any questions, no matter what the topic, we could contact Alex via WhatsApp, even after we had checked out. For breakfast there was a croissant with coffee, which you could get by handing in a voucher in a café just a few meters from the B&B. The coffee and croissant were rather mediocre, but very good for the price of the room including breakfast.
We would love to come back on our next visit to Rome!

Peaceful stay

The structure is inside old buildings, on the third floor. There is an old elevator that allows you to reach the structure. We were welcomed by the owner, a very cheerful and friendly lady. My children liked it a lot. The room, we had chosen a quadruple room, was nice and functional. There is a smart TV, an air conditioner, a wardrobe and a desk. We also had a small bathroom inside. Here I would like to give a little advice, for a family it wouldn't be bad to have an extra towel for the shower. We stayed two nights. However, the linen was changed. Another little tip is to pay more attention to cleaning the bathroom and its floor. On the day of departure, having to vacate the room by 11.00, the lady allowed us to leave our luggage in another wing where there is a small kitchen which we could also use in common with other guests. Neat and clean. I can't add anything else because my use was only functional for luggage storage. For breakfast we went to a pastry bar. Excellent breakfast and the girl who served us was always very nice and friendly. The structure is very close to the metro so we can get around easily. Many clubs and small shops nearby. Many fountains along the route so there is never a shortage of water. Definitely recommended

Feel at home

I only review when a property strikes me in a positive or negative way. Having said that, I want to compliment you on your customer care in all aspects. I'm talking about cleanliness in general, the availability of those who welcomed us, the harmony created in these 2 truly special days. Strategic position for visiting the Vatican and the whole city, an excellent meeting place at the bar, where a breakfast with exceptional croissants and excellent coffee is served (trust me). In this period in Rome it is difficult to find a place at reasonable prices with this quality of services, I am satisfied with this choice. I'll be back!
