Great Location, Comfortable Accommodation and Nina’s Outstanding Hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at Ripetta Luxury Del Corso. A special thank you to Nina, who was an exceptional hostess. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our anniversary trip feel extra special.
Nina gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and things to do, which helped us make the most of our time in Rome. She was also very accommodating whenever we had early morning tours, arranging packed breakfasts so we could still enjoy a meal before heading out for the day.
The location is fantastic, about a 15-minute walk from the Spanish Steps and just 5 minutes from the Flaminio railway station, making it easy to explore the city.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The combination of a great location, comfortable accommodation, and Nina’s outstanding hospitality made for a memorable experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Don't stay here it's a mess

Very negative experience. I booked an air-conditioned room and for the two nights it didn't work, so I couldn't sleep because of the unbearable heat.
The most serious thing was the attention receivedc, knowing that I had only one day in Rome they forced me to wait 3 hours to be mistreated. After waiting several hours, they sent a blonde employee who entered the room without waving, with an unprofessional attitude and without respect for privacy. He took the remote control, left the door open and came back saying it was fixed, when in fact the problem continued that same night.
The lack of respect and real solution to the inconvenience made the stay very bad. It wasn't what I paid for or what was offered on the reservation. I was refunded “15 euros” when I paid 200 euros for two sleepless nights.
It is also extremely noisy, very low quality mattress and the staff leave a lot to be desired.

Intet Luxury

1. Location, comfortable bed and pillow. Daily change of towels. Very friendly and helpful hostess.
2. Small room with poor selling space. Small old and worn bathroom, poor drainage both laundry and shower. Not okay with cracks in the toilet board, it's too unhygienic. Narrow doors. Boring breakfast, ate there 2 times and omitted the last 5 days. (It's quite simply incomprehensible that so many fall into cheating over this place, but take a chance if you dare)

Optimal solution from all points of view

Structure recently renovated. Located a few meters from Piazza del Popolo. Lean management and high availability. Value for money really good. I recommend it for those who want to be quiet and without getting into chaotic and often disappointing traditional hotels

Great room, great hostess, great experience.

Nineta was an exceptional hostess - she went above and beyond for everything to try and help make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Upon arrival we were supplied with chocolates and Prosecco which was a lovely surprise, and the room was decorated beautifully.
