Cleanliness and kindness

The family-run hotel is small but welcoming. Excellent cleanliness of the rooms and kindness of the staff. Strategic location near Termini station and Castro Pretorio stop. The experience with our school was very positive.

Do not go

They do not change towels. They do not provide breakfast. A small elevator in an old building. Reception only at certain hours. The window could not be opened due to the rotten smell. Very expensive for a service that is lucky to be rated 1 star.

A hotel to forget.

I come to this page to say what this hotel is like. A disgrace. They do not change the towels, they do not wash the cups, and at 8:15 there is no reception. They punish you by making you wait until 2 PM to give you the room. A rotten smell when opening the bathroom window. They responded to my comment on Booking saying that what I said is a lie. If they read the comments, they will not find better ones, so I am not lying. Unfortunately, our passports were stolen in Bologna, and we had to urgently travel to the Argentine consulate in Rome to obtain a temporary passport. It was the Inter-Lazio final and the ATP, and the only cheaper option was this dump that cost almost 300 euros a night. Fortunately, I was not there for a month, and they wish I do not return. Their wish will come true, and I hope no guest returns. A horror of a place.

Tricky to get in initially as nobody on reception! However once in all good - my only complaint was the shower is tiny, the shower head is huge so no escaping the water which is either freezing or like moulted lava and no pressure! Toilet seat was hanging off! But comfortable bed and clean and great location! Great value for the price

Unfortunate

The receptionist eyed us from the first moment and made our stay horrible. You could hardly talk after 10 o'clock at night becoming very long, ramshackle walls, hair everywhere, even if you ask blankets do not give them to you, breakfast is small and you have to have fast breakfast and there are almost no things, Excessive price and apart although we did not break anything as he gave it with us he kept the bail.
I don't recommend it at all. Look for another.
