Experience to recommend
The Bed & Breakfast Pervinca offers the possibility to choose between two apartments, sleeping in a barrel, or in a Hobbit apartment. We stayed in the latter, a unique experience (especially for fans of the genre). Well-kept environment with many details regarding the saga. The apericena requested as an extra was excellent and abundant, and the breakfast was also good. The fact that I found fruit juices and jams already opened in the refrigerator gave me a little pause... overall a good experience.

We didn't like it, what a shame
I chose this accommodation to give a gift to my child who is a fan of The Lord of the Rings. The room is really very beautiful, full of details that project you into the Hobbit reality of the film, but the cleanliness is really, really on the edge of decency, not tolerable for the price paid. Cobwebs and dust in generous quantities everywhere. We are people who adapt, but here I really struggled. Furthermore, no air conditioning, just a small fan and a lot of humidity that amplifies the smell of the burnt incense with which the room is impregnated. Breakfast with freeze-dried cappuccino and packaged items. We will not return and we do not recommend this experience. Definitely.

Nice idea but improveable
Fans of the Lord of the Rings, we spent a night in the Hobbit suite, pleasant to the eye, many references to the film (even Christmas ?) The room is attention to detail but on the cleanliness could be done much better... Let's move on to breakfast .. UNACCEPTABLE the fact that you give jams open and reduced at the end where you do not know who has used them previously, the fruit juice in carton already opened... REJECTED absolutely. Value for money disappointing. In any case it was a pleasant experience.

I gave the 'experience in a barrel but it did not go very well all neglected both internally and the 'external .. room without air conditioning impossible to sleep inside .. attached room with air conditioning .. but not working .. I would say bad experience ..

DISAPPOINTMENT
Couples night, we book the Hobbit house. We decide the check-in time with the owners. Upon our arrival, however, there is no one and we must write to be welcomed. Anyway we are given the keys to the room and that's it without explaining anything. The room is nice but in many places it is more Christmas themed than Casa Hobbit and the cleanliness is not really the best. In addition, the bathroom door is missing but there is only one curtain. After an hour there is a very serious hygiene problem, which we document with a photo and send to the owners who arrive immediately and tell us that they would move us to the Botte to spend the night if we liked and we accept! However, we remain in the room with the serious problem because NOBODY has come to let us know anything until dinner time. We go to the dinner room where the girl who served and prepared dinner is really wonderful and very good, the dinner was excellent and themed and she is finally the only one who answers our questions and doubts. He explains that we can go in the barrel that is ready! The barrel is prettier but even there curtain instead of the bathroom door and poor cleaning. Breakfast in the morning not great. Very detachment and lack of interest in the customer, we were very disappointed!
