Excellent
They were excellent, the receptionist Alex was good and kind, and also the housekeeper Nadia was very polite and cordial; the little dog Lilly was sweet, affectionate, and fantastic, rating 10.

Vacation in a hole
Good morning, arrived the first day at the hotel, at the reception the staff was absent and arrived after a long wait.
Finally we arrive in the room ♂️♂️♂️ after 10 minutes we found the wasp nests I immediately made a complaint to have the wasp nests moved but they didn't know how to remove the nest ♂️♂️
The owner, besides being rude, said that we shouldn't be there where the wasps are and we are off to a very bad start .
In the family we are 4 two adults and 2 girls ♂️♂️the girls' bunk bed without a ladder
The double bed all rusty
The room all dirty
The towels after three days have not yet been changed, the sheets likewise.
Let's talk about the bathroom which is so small that while you take a shower you can also use the bidet and you can sit on the toilet, in short all together at once while you are in the bathroom
Air conditioning in the room a noisy and dangerous ceiling fan that seems like it will detach at any moment
Let's talk about the outdoor area with a huge courtyard great for games with a pool, and the whole thing is as big as the room's bathroom.
The breakfast was terrible, luckily I only booked breakfast.
The owner was very rude and ill-mannered.
In short, my assessment is that I wouldn't recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy.

Friendly family hotel
I stayed in this hotel for 4 days with my son and wife. We chose full board, the food is good , homemade and the staff is friendly.
It is 5 mins walk from the beach and it has a little playground area for the kids in the front yard.
The room are basic but clean. Wi-fii is only available in common area.

La ringrazio a nome di tutti noi. Ci fa un grosso piacere sapere che vi siete trovati bene e una recensione così vuol dire tanto per noi. Nel nostro piccolo, tutto questo è di grande aiuto, quindi grazie con la G maiuscola per aver dedicato del tempo per recensire il nostro albergo. Sperando di rivederci presto le auguro una buona giornata. Daniele.

Esperienza da dimenticare
Esperienza pessima, da dimenticare e, francamente, da non ripetere nemmeno per sbaglio. Camera sporca, bagno minuscolo e fatiscente, anni ’50, con doccia senza box e senza bidet, ventilatore promesso ma inesistente e assistenza praticamente nulla.
Il personale si è dimostrato scortese, poco disponibile e per nulla accogliente: il buongiorno, evidentemente, non rientra nel servizio.
A peggiorare ulteriormente il soggiorno, abbiamo trovato un cane libero nella sala da pranzo, senza guinzaglio né museruola. Ho fatto presente alla signora di avere una vera fobia per i cani, ma la risposta è stata non solo maleducata, ma anche aggressiva, invece di provare minimamente a gestire la situazione con un po’ di buon senso.
E come “ciliegina sulla torta”, alle 4 del mattino ci siamo svegliati soffocati da una terribile puzza di fogna.
Una situazione semplicemente inaccettabile. Abbiamo preferito andarcene dopo una sola notte, perdendo anche quella già pagata. Altro che soggiorno: una notte da incubo, e pure cara.
Struttura assolutamente sconsigliata. Non ci tornerei e non la consiglierei a nessuno, nemmeno per disperazione.
Il personale si è dimostrato scortese, poco disponibile e per nulla accogliente: il buongiorno, evidentemente, non rientra nel servizio.
