Spectacular.
The staff is really rude, people who do not even greet you if they see you fall.
The elevator starts from the first floor, which is a useless effort for those who have luggage.
In the room, it is a mess: dirty everywhere, not even the electrical outlets to charge the phone. The bathroom is a hole, there isn't even a shower stall; it's so narrow that to wash yourself, you have to sit on the bidet...
Bring your arm floats, it's better!
Eating is like moving; there's a dog that comes in and out of the kitchen, and you can hear the staff yelling. If you like carrots, salad, and tomatoes, this is the place for you.
The stuff is old, dating back to January.
A nightmare.
The parking lot is always full, but there are a lot of good restaurants around, so go there and forget about the hotel.
And if you want hot water, you might as well bring a plumber because the boiler works whenever it feels like it.

NIGHTMARE HOTEL!
One of the worst experiences I have had in a hotel. From the moment we arrived, we noticed a lack of attention to cleanliness: the room was poorly maintained, there was dust in several places, and the bathroom did not meet the minimum standards expected from a hospitality establishment.
The food was also a great disappointment. Mediocre quality, little variety, and dishes often served without particular care.
The common areas appeared neglected, and the overall maintenance left much to be desired. Furthermore, the staff did not always demonstrate availability or attentiveness to the guests' needs, often giving the impression of poor organization.
Considering the price paid, the quality-price ratio is absolutely insufficient. I would not return and do not feel comfortable recommending this establishment.

Terrible.
Old and dirty rooms with bathrooms leaking water from all sides and showers practically over the toilets!
There is no shower box! And when you are lucky, the water comes out hot.....
Rude staff, completely disorganized, they should provide assistance, but the assistance is for them!
A small garden that is not maintained at all and looks like a dump.
The food is terrible; in addition to being subpar, it is also expired!
Do not stay here!
