A room with the lot!

These suites (with tiny kitchen) are nice and comfortable and clean but also a bit unusual; there is a huge bathtub in the bedroom plus a sauna and shower in the bathroom. I tried the bathtub once and did not have time to try out the sauna. (Then again, people who put a premium on such things may value the use of a sauna and bathtub to soak in.)
It is also very modern with design features perhaps focused too much on style and not comfort.
The location of these suites is ideal: just off Corso Vannucci, Perugia's main thoroughfare. And from there it is near shopping, tourist attractions, the central bus station and also the mini metro (which has a stop at the main train station).
I enjoyed my stay at the WelcHome Suites and appreciated the care and friendliness of Francesca, whose office is in the building and was always there if I needed anything.
The only thing that confused me a bit was that their main method of communication seemed to be via WhatsApp. My queries beforehand (via text message or email) were diverted back to the travel agent who had made my booking, and she then had to contact me via email. (Or maybe I'm just losing the war on technology... I generally try to avoid apps but will they soon be non-negotiable to travel?)

Couldn’t be a better location - right off of the piazza parking in centro. Apartment is nice and modern. We used the sauna a couple of time while there - felt like a spa. Super clear video instructions on getting into the apartment.

Central and comfortable accommodation

Very spacious and clean apartment, consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom and living room with kitchenette. Located in the center literally two steps from Piazza Italia.
