A quick overnight stay.

We arrived very late and without a reservation, but Norman was very kind and professional: he showed us the room and even gave us a gift kit to get through the night. Thank you for the availability and kindness.

Unique

I stayed at the DC Hotel International in Padua and the experience was truly very positive.
The facility is modern, clean, and well-organized, with comfortable rooms and an excellent location for those traveling for both work and pleasure.
A special thanks goes to the dining staff, who contributed to making the stay even more pleasant. **Paola, Alessia, Elisabetta, and Giovanni** stood out for their professionalism, friendliness, and availability, always ready to welcome guests with a smile and to meet every request with great attention.
It is rare to find such a cohesive and customer-oriented team: their commitment truly makes a difference and represents an added value for the hotel.
Congratulations to all the staff at the DC Hotel International. It will definitely be a reference point for my future stays in Padua. Highly recommended!

Restaurant service is TERRIBLE.

I went to the restaurant this evening intending to spend a moment of relaxation after a long day of work. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
After about 30 minutes of waiting from the order, I was served a wrong first course, without any explanation or apology. Subsequently, I waited another 30 minutes to receive a second course, which was also incorrect. At that point, I decided to get up and leave the restaurant.
What I found most unpleasant was not just the mistake in service, but the complete lack of attention towards the customer. Neither the waiter nor the young waitress apologized for the incident, nor was anything offered to compensate for the long wait. On the contrary, I had the feeling of being a nuisance by pointing out the wrong orders.
Ultimately, I spent over an hour sitting and watching other customers dine without being able to enjoy my meal. I believe that education, courtesy, and attention to the customer should always come first.
A 3/4 star hotel structure, but unfortunately the restaurant service is far from the same level. To be avoided.

Not bad!

Classic barracks of hotels in an industrial area in Padua but with comfortable and spacious rooms. Great breakfast and very nice staff. I also tried the restaurant and I found good quality, right quantity for correct prices.
