The ideal holiday home!
I stayed at this beautiful Holiday Home with my family and a family of friends. We spent 5 days in the same house, with a large and comfortable shared living room and a wonderful garden and a real forest around, where our children could play freely without risk, even using the beautiful table tennis.
The area around Valentine’s Day is full of unique experiences to do at all ages, from a visit to Giacomo Leopardi’s residence in Recanati, to the beautiful beaches of the Conero, passing through cultural cities such as Jesi (with the interactive exhibition on Federico II) and Osimo or even the beautiful swimming pool of Ancona, very convenient when you can not book the beach or to change a bit.
Mrs. Frampolli, the owner of Valentine's Day, is a special person, very helpful, nice and caring, who gladly tells the story of the estate, where she grew up with her family, accompanying you on a walk in the woods.
Stra recommended for convenience to reach many places for dinner, beauty of the house and nature and Welcoming.

Fantastic!
me and my 8-year-old granddaughter Amy spent a few days in the beautiful Conero Riviera staying at the wonderful B & B San Valentino in Osimo. The place looks really lovely, located in hills edged with sunflower fields, caressed by the wind, shaded by ancient oak trees. She welcomed us with extreme kindness, sympathy and sweetness Mrs. Ludovica offering us her availability in all our requests and also providing us with valuable information on the most characteristic places and beaches in the area. In the house, elegant, comfortable and complete in every detail we spent restful and unforgettable days.
Magnificent experience, we will definitely return. Thank you Ludovica!

Grande potenziale, ma non sfruttato appieno.
B&B con 3 camere, che si trovano nella dependance di una casa padronale del '700.
Bellissimo il giardino e anche il grande parco privato attorno alle strutture.
Le stanze invece non sono così belle ... arredamento misto antico e moderno ma tutto un po' datato. Base del letto evidentemente sporca. Zanzariere appiccicate malamente agli stipiti delle finestre. Polvere nelle zone meno utilizzate. Ragni e ragnatele nel soffitto.
Bel soggiorno comune con divano e caminetto dove potersi rilassare e dove viene servita la colazione.
Colazione molto basic (zero frutta) e con quasi tutte cose confezionate.
Padrona di casa molto gentile e disponibile.
Bellissimo il giardino e anche il grande parco privato attorno alle strutture.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo b&b dal 21 al 27 aprile, che è inserito in una ampia tenuta verdeggiante e silenziosa, in una posizione ideale per visitare il Conero, Osimo , Offagna, Ancona. La padrona di casa decisamente ospitale , ci ha fatto trascorrere queste vacanze come se fossimo a casa nostra.le camere ampie, pulitissime e arredate con gusto. Siamo tornati a casa con gli occhi pieni di bellezza! Grazie Ludovica, speriamo di poter tornare presto! Elena, Gianluca, Carolina

Week-end di mare e cultura
L'appartamento presenta caratteristiche di pregio che certamente non sono riscontrabili in altri b&b. La cura, e direi la pignoleria con la quale è stato arredato e sono stati curati i particolari, rendono godibile il viverci perchè si percepisce "come un ambiente familiare". Ubicato sull'altura di una delle tante colline marchigiane, circondato da boschi e campi di girasole, dista pochi km. dall'antica cittadina di Osimo e soltanto 15 km.circa dalla Riviera del Conero. Camera pulita ed accogliente. La prima colazione ricca di prodotti tipici. La padrona di casa affabile e disponibile.
