Great hotel and super restaurant

At the restaurant We had dinner GREAT ... delicious dishes and treatment with gloves ... and sympathy ... I give it 10 stars.
Hotel as always a guarantee, ample parking, and kindness. The double was not among the best, but perhaps because of the price received from booking rather convenient ... anyway always positive judgment
Positive note for the Egyptian waiter. Spritz No.1 and kindness like few

First and last time

Terrible cleanliness, peeling wallpaper, air conditioning that doesn't work. Bathroom with a toilet flush that doesn't work. Several insects present in the room.

Grumpy

A very nice place, it would be suitable for families with children given the convenience of the play area, but unfortunately the owner (I don't know if it's her, blonde hair) is very grumpy and it almost seems like you are doing her a favor by going there. Wrong orders (and they charged for them, even though they made the mistakes).
Zero courtesy, what a shame. A different management that is more available and smiling would definitely make this place take off.
Not to mention, you step out of the restaurant to smoke a cigarette and find people sitting there smoking marijuana, which she should not allow considering there are also children.
Location, the place would deserve 5 stars, thanks to her they wouldn't even deserve one star.

It can be done

Nice location. A beautifully renovated farmhouse five minutes from Milan. Menu 5not always fresh produce.. Service 5: you could do better. Price from 8 . For a Sunday with family it can be done. But it can be improved.

Hotel Cascina Marisa review
We stayed on May 1, 2025 and then on May 5 and 6, 2025.
The first time we encountered technical problems of which I promptly informed the management of the hotel that to “remedy” our discontent, in the following two days really surprised us. They gave us two beautiful and spotless rooms and treated with great kindness... I would like to report an exceptional employee kind, caring and very efficient: Mrs. Jessica. It is fortunate to have a person like you and the management should really take that into account. Thanks to her and the treatment she gave us, we radically changed our position and re-evaluated everything about this hotel, from hospitality, kindness, fantastic restaurant with endless menu and kindness and helpfulness of the waiters. Highly recommended... great parking. Not far from Milan. Easily accessible. The ideal place ... we will recommend it to all our friends and acquaintances who we will also suggest to refer to the extraordinary Mrs. Jessica who deserves 10 stars. Rating for the structure : the maximum : 5 stars
