Experience in Naples

I love this b&b every time I come to Naples here and my accommodation fabulous people I always have a good time I highly recommend it the girls are very kind they also recommend the areas to visit. I have always had a good time now never 7 times I come here

Don't go there.

Dirty room, smelly and full of mold both the room and the bathroom, if you open the window comes from outside a smell of terrible sewer. I do not tell you the dirt I found under the bed, shower cubicle full of mold and rust and glass with limestone encrusted, dirty toilet, sink with dilapidated tap., kettle with rust inside, cups and glasses dirty.the only thing you save is the professionalism and kindness of the staff, or put it in place or if they have to make fun of people it is better that they close it

bad environmental condition, no breakfast, decrepit walls, noises in the surrounding rooms, indecent bathroom, engine noises for water draught, appointment rooms clienti.inconsigliabile at all.

It is 300 meters from the station..only positive thing. Upon entering the apartment the triple I paid was a double, so I had to pull out the cot and make my own bed. The bathroom of the other room booked did not drain and I remained in my hand the door handle. Breakfast for 7, it was for 3 so no milk and croissants for me and my son. All night a continuous sound of water that can't understand where it came from. Faucets with little flow and hot and dirty showers with hair. Unrepeatable even for one night.

There is never an end to the worst... That's right.

Shameful experience because worse I could not add. We arrive in Naples around 12. We reach the b&b. We call the lady on the phone as there is no intercom with the name. Half-split front door. We go in, and this hallway is freakish. Dirty and totally abandoned. We arrive on the first floor where you enter the b&b. Let's open and actually put a pretty good eye on it. We thought at least we'd get a welcome from the owner with a greeting. ZERO.. Well, we find the camera, we go in and I have the handle in my hand. Let's get started!!! We put our bags down and after a trip the first thing you want to do is pee. I go to the bathroom and I find two cockroaches on the inside bathroom door. We kill the unwelcome guests and tell my wife to come down and get some disinfectants including amuchina. We'll clean out the bathroom and go out. We return in the evening and after a day we decide to take a nice shower. Conclusion we washed in pieces because in addition to being clogged only boiling water came out. And there already the nerves begin to jump. We wash the face and the sink also clogged despite the canula comes out a little water with the mixer in full opening. The next morning I decide to unscrew the filter of the shower and nn I tell you what came out .. to VOMIT .. Fortunately the water comes down but the shower cmq we could not because this time the water was frozen. Then wash in pieces the next day. We call the ghost owner at 8:34 and she doesn't answer. He makes himself heard through whatsapp only in the afternoon not to ask how we had spent the first night or rather welcome given his absence. Nothing. He wanted to know the method of payment. Paid for in cash leaving the money at the bar next door. Without a receipt. In 6 days we were changed towels only once. The camera only cleans once. The ghost owner didn't even show up or be seen for even apologizing. Shameful. Absolutely not recommended. Oops...If you want to wash some dishes in the kitchen sink be careful. Discharge problems there too.. We expected until last night Friday, May 30 a phone call at least to thank us and / or ask how the stay went .. Nothing done. I state that we paid 82 euros per night for having only a mountain of inefficiencies, 0 presence on site of the owners, the receipt of payment volatilized, but above all the lack of respect for the customer as well as tourist
