"Palazzo" and "Luxury" is a bit hyperbolic

We reserved through Booking.com. When we arrived we were told that the credit card machine did not work and they could only take cash. We learned in the next few days that very few businesses took credit cards in Naples. So carry cash.
The couple running the place is very friendly and tries very hard to please and it is in an excellent location. That made up for the shortcomings like 4-story walk-up, breakfast not very exciting for non-Italians, wifi not working in room.

Very bad

Very nice structure, excellent location, shame about the rest very disappointing. Air conditioning problems without any resolution, with infernal heat, and above all dirty bed linen, and inadequate breakfast, generally poor services

Palazzo & Luxury have nothing to do with this hotel !

We booked a room with a private bathroom and a city view.
We had to share the bathroom with other customers and we had a windowless room !
What a deception. This is not right when you don't get what you paid for...
The good point is the location, in the city center of Napoli.
Room was clean, breakfast wasn't bad but wasn't good either.
Valerio and Monica were nice but a bit intrusive (especially when they caught you late at night and spent hours talking to you in a really bad english while you're tired...)
At the end me & my boyfriend had a good laugh because that was our first anniversary and our first foreign trip and the situation was a bit surrealistic.
But we tried to de-dramatize the failed situation cause the price was okay for that kind of service but we just really didn't expect that.

no luxury no B&B, just a room rental place (affittacamere)

- take away the luxury because no lift (4 floor); no privacy (you can hear everything happening in the in the other rooms and common areas), the "private external bathroom" is shared among people; some rooms are really basic (I advice you to clarify what you get for the price)
- take away the breakfast: everything comes from supermarket/discount and the only fresh things is yougurt (ie not even a fresh slice of bread); better to go out and have cornetti or brioche in a nearby bar
- basically the B&B is an apartment renting rooms and the only positive notes are Rosaria who try to do the best to make you confortable with little "luxury hotel alike" treats (eg chocolate and water in the room; bathrobe; possibility to get a tea or a coffee in the small kitchen), free wifi in the room and location. But the area have plenty of other possibilities.

Good work

I like so much B&B Palazzo Anticaglia Luxury Napoli,it is situated in a very good place,Valerio and Monica are so special, thank you for everything. The hotel is near to the famous street Via Dei Tribunali where you can find restaurants,bars...
