First and foremost, as clearly stated on various online platforms and our official website, we are a boutique hotel—an artful establishment with only 12 rooms. We proudly embrace our status as a small three-star hotel that doesn't cater to tourist groups. Instead, we offer a tranquil atmosphere, personalized service, and strive to showcase the best of the local area. We're not a bustling "Tourist Village"; instead, we encourage our guests to explore Tuscany, its countryside, and its art, rather than confining themselves to their rooms or our hotel.
In our rooms, you'll find a kettle stocked with a variety of teas and herbal infusions. In the lobby, we have a coffee machine available 24/7, as well as a well-stocked refrigerator with a wide selection of beverages for a fee. Of course, coffee is also served during our breakfast service. We understand your critique of our breakfast, which differs from the praise it has received from other reviewers who have deemed it "exceptional." We regret that our locally sourced products, homemade pastries, and made-to-order savory dishes did not meet your expectations. We are committed to improving, but we would appreciate further clarification on why you found our breakfast "tasteless."
We apologize if you found our toiletries selection limited. We take pride in offering high-quality amenities, including soaps and creams, for our guests' comfort. Additionally, our towels are changed regularly to ensure freshness and cleanlin
