Molveno forever

The staff was always helpful. The hotel's location is wonderful. The room is cozy and clean. Our stay included half board. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent.

TRENTINO IN MY HEART

First of all, when you go on vacation and find owners and service staff who are helpful, kind, and welcoming, you can already call yourself satisfied. A clean place with all the necessary comforts. Our experience included half board and I can assure you that both breakfast and dinner were truly abundant and more than satisfactory; furthermore, during dinner, served at the table, there was an exceptional vegetable buffet. We will be back❤️

Mixed experience

We stayed 2 nights to visit Lake Molveno again, the property's location is strategic with respect to the lake and the ski lifts (5 minutes on foot from the lifts and 10/15 minutes on foot from the center of Molveno and the Lake). Small but convenient parking in front of the entrance, larger parking a few steps from the entrance connected directly to the first floor of the property (very convenient). The terrace in front of the entrance offers a spectacular view of Lake Molveno and this was one of the best aspects of the stay. We took advantage of the half-board, breakfast was average but with little variety and dinner was good.
Room and bill were a sore point: room clean but small and visibly dated (in particular, uncomfortable mattress and bed frames that creaked at every slight movement). We found the bill in general slightly excessive compared to the services offered, furthermore we had to pay 15€ per night for our 4-legged friend.
Positive note: dining room staff, reception, and cleaning ladies were helpful and friendly.
Overall experience was average, nothing to write home about.

Around Trentino

Very poorly maintained hotel, tiny room, almost claustrophobic, power outlet and bedside lamp above the bed with the cord dangling over your head, broken nightstand handle, crooked shower door that you have to guide or it comes off, showerhead that sprays water sideways, rusty towel rack, patched-up hallways, only when you get to the bathroom do you find complimentary shower gel, then never again, asked why, the answer was that it is not included, then at breakfast the only sugar is white, no sweetener, very cold welcome, it almost seems like they are doing you a favor by letting you stay, one positive note is the view which certainly cannot make up for everything else.

Never this hotel again!!!

I've never stayed in such a bad hotel. An imposition !!!
The rooms small and worn out, narrow hard beds. It was unfortunately not heated,
although it was around zero degrees outside temperature. The food was little and unfortunately there was no alternative, there was only what was served. It also had in the whole
Place no other restaurants or shops open. The little place in the mountains was like extinct. Only the staff must be praised, friendly, diligent and
prudent. Chefs very unfriendly, even to the staff.
