Beautiful hotel, great Service, super nice staff, super comfort and great breakfast.

The hotel is a former villa and lovingly restored to excellent condition. The Mood is perfect if you want to visit Venice. Super nice staff, great breakfast, quiet location, even if the station is directly opposite, you hear of trains pure nothing.
The train connection is ideal for visiting Venice. The train runs frequently and in just 20 minutes you are at the train station in Venice.
For me an exceptional hotel with a very special charm. When we come back to Venice, we will definitely stay at Relais Toti again. That was just a hghlight of our holiday. Grazie mille per questo. ❤️

Manager visibly drunk and rude

We booked with my family but when we arrived at the gate which was closed, we were greeted with a swear word over the intercom. Worried we phoned before entering the facility and was turned to us in another swear word. At that point we left. Later we received a phone call from the manager with over swear words and there were also threats (prob because we left without entering). The manager seemed drunk-voiced, and in any case it would be the only alibi for such behaviour. Honestly, I had never experienced such a thing, and having small girls with us was particularly unpleasant. We also sent the recording of the phone call to Booking for information.

Perfect located historic villa.

Excellent location for trains to Venice or further afield, also close to the centre of Mogliano.
Comfortable beds, clean well equipped rooms.
Host are friendly and provide a delicious array of breakfast goodies including fresh fruits, yogurt and homemade treats.
We had no problem parking, on site, during our week long stay.
