Peace of mind

Beautiful location surrounded by greenery, not too far from the historic center. Comfortable room and great breakfast. We found 2 very kind and very friendly owners. I recommend it

I BELIEVED BETTER

I stayed for work, location outside Modena, quiet and with convenient parking.
Too bad that at check-in I discover that my double room for single use, was assigned by mistake to another guest.
Tired from the day I did not question and slept in a single bed after so many years.
It wasn't as restorative a sleep as it should have been.
These mistakes must not happen.
Poor breakfast, I expected more (two eggs are now offered everywhere, but my request was denied).
I wouldn't come back.

A silent sleep

We stayed at this property for one night and everything went very well! Located in the middle of the Modena countryside the structure is new and well cared for the clean room with comfortable beds for a quiet sleep, large bathroom with large shower and a hearty breakfast with sweet and savory. There is the possibility to book dinner / pizzeria but be careful the restaurant closes at 21:00 because it is open only for guests of the structure even if the bill for 4 pizzas 2 drinks and 2 desserts seemed a bit high.

A haven in green

Well outside the charming city of Modena (a visit being highly recommended) , with ample grounds and securely locked parking, lie the buildings of the Country Resort. They are run by very nice people who offer good breakfast and a delicious dinner. The rooms are impeccably clean and spacious and there is lots of space to sit / move outside, within the premises. Very dog-friendly. Safe with children as the premises are well fenced.

Good location.

Nice and comfortable location just outside the freeway ring around Modena (tangenziale). Rooms are very large and comfortable and leave nothing to be desired in terms of functionality. Prices are very reasonable. I have not tried the restaurant and the breakfast.
