Super cameras

Stayed 3 days in this very nice hotel despite its simplicity, there are no all majestic but the rooms are really top, beautiful lake view, size, furniture, bathroom, great breakfast and free parking, a few minutes from the center of Malcesine one of the most popular resorts on Lake Garda. Price adapted to the period, location, structure

Very nice view and understand why the bed is round, much easier to enjoy the view 😎
Beds were quite hard and breakfast was not good though, we skipped that and ate something in town. But nice stay I would say!

Nice and delicious hotel.

Nice hotel. Perfect location. Good parking. Lovely view from the room we got, beyond the whole city, the mountains to all sides and the lake. It was the opportunity to shop in the local supermarket in short walking distance, plenty of opportunities for hiking. The staff is professional and friendly. It is clean and neat throughout the hotel area, the cleaning in the room is at the top, the breakfast is really delicious. Everything was perfect, so we had a fantastic holiday. We'd love to come back.

Rooms have outdated furnishings, this place is stuck in the 90s. No air-conditioning, close to unusable rooms during the summer months. Some of the parking is remote and not quite convenient.
Decent breakfast and nice staff.

Just stayed at several hotels around Lake Garda, all similarly priced. In fact this one was slightly more expensive but definitely the worst value for money.
The positives - The staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival. They gave good advice re Monte Baldo (get tickets from the bus station and go up before 09:30 to avoid queues). The pool was great. The view from the rear facing bedroom was fabulous (Monte Baldo - and the cemetery which looked surprisingly pretty at night). And the location was ok (slightly uphill at the back of town). The breakfast was edible. Oh and the bath towels were good.
But all of that was undone by...
The negatives - The bedroom was hugely disappointing. It possibly hadn’t been updated since the eighties - horrible yellow paint, chipped furniture, threadbare carpet, poor toiletries, shower so small the plastic curtain sticks to you (yuk!), broken hair blower thing (what are they about?).
Come on Diana, your hotel’s got the potential to be great again. Spend some money on upgrading the rooms. And while you’re at it repaint the hallways - and get rid of the borders!
