Great experience

In the historic center, with garage, excellent Welcoming, great professionalism, but also empathy. Immediately information on the visits to be made, with map and brochure. large room and bathroom, perfect cleaning in every environment. Great breakfast, savory and sweet, excellent cakes and various croissants. All that remains is to go there and, if necessary, to return.

Great location and great staff, otherwise without infamy and without praise!

Great location, right in the center.
Nice room. Small enough bathroom, tiles and toilet board of such a chipped environment. Really microscopic sink.
Very little shampoo, certainly not enough for two guests.
Friendly and friendly staff. Wi-Fi stable.
Mediocre breakfast, to report in negative the croissants.
3* full. To be improved on several aspects. Recommended for the location!

Owner Managed Hotel in Core of Macerata in Need of Renovation

Pro's: Location in historic core of Macerata. On-site parking. Assistance of Owner (Giorgio) on staff who is willing to help especially drive car when you are lost due to GPS in the historic core. Our room had air conditioning which is a plus during a heat wave.
Cons: Old and tired hotel in need of renovation and upgrading to 2025. The value is low considering the quality of the stay.
Would I return to stay at Hotel Arcadia? Probably not. Would I recommend it to others? No.

A great hotel

A hotel in the historic center of Macerata I was very well the room clean comfortable mattress clean linen and well ironed a nice bathroom and to finish a great breakfast and also a nice garage we will definitely return thanks to the owners kind and always smiling compliments

Great location and good value

This was my first visit to Macerata for the annual opera festival. The hotel is spread over several floors. It has an elevator from street level to the reception which is handy for luggage. There is a garage for parking, very convenient. The hotel is very well located within walking distance of the main squares, restaurants, museums and the Sferisterio (performance area).
The hotel is not very modern and is on the more basic side. However, the gentlemen running the hotel and the service in general by far makes up for the slightly older decoration. It is clean, tidy and well organised. For me this is very important. There is no point in staying somewhere that looks amazing but the service is terrible. Everyone at Arcadia is helpful and courteous. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food, cereals, pastries, fruit etc. Very good and plentiful.
My room was a good size, clean and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a good shower. The aircon worked well.
I really liked the calm and pleasant atmosphere. Overall, I feel it was good value. I shall definitely stay here again as the festival was so good I will have to go back!
