A paradise for families.

Our stay was thoroughly successful and absolutely recommendable for families who do not want to forgo comfort even on vacation. We were particularly impressed by the enormous flexibility of the establishment. Whether it was childcare, meal times, or individual requests, one always feels well taken care of and understood.
The family atmosphere makes the stay particularly pleasant. You can immediately tell that the establishment is run with a lot of heart. The dreamlike location offers numerous leisure opportunities for both young and old and ensures that there is definitely no boredom.
Another highlight was the excellent culinary offerings. The quality of the dishes was outstanding, and the selection of great wines perfectly rounded off each evening.
For families seeking relaxation, enjoyment, and flexibility in a beautiful setting, this hotel is the perfect place. We would be very happy to return!

For us, THE PARADISE!

It would not be paradise if it were not THE PARADISE*****!
Everything TOP:
Very beautiful adults-only wellness area, very well-maintained complex, a great family suite, and excellent food.
We would especially like to highlight Sidi, Tamasz, (Gian)Luca, and the sommelier (whose name we unfortunately do not know). Thank you for your daily feel-good super service. Aside from ALL the other staff in ALL areas who made this a PARADISE for us.

Perfect family holiday

For us an all-round perfect stay. Each one of us received us with friendly warmth, the hotel beautifully decorated, all super flexible (we needed with our baby;-)), our big son loved the kids club and we left it there with good feeling. He didn't come back overwrought, but happy and grounded.
Also the food was great and the hotel is not too big, so very familiar, yet nothing is missing.

Christmas in "Das Paradies" ☃️

First time in a 5-star hotel for us (my husband and I), we decide to treat ourselves to a stay in this hotel for Christmas. We start from the Welcoming, fast and complete check in, we are then escorted to our room. We had a Garden Suite, large room, clean, cared for with a nice balcony.
Room equipped with everything you need, well-stocked mini bar, kettle and herbal teas, coffee maker, apples from the Vinschgau Valley and excellent toiletries and perfect courtesy set.
Breakfast buffet really varied and quality, nothing was missing. We had the Soft All Inclusive formula that basically included breakfast, lunch and dinner. Always delicious food, great Service and wide choice.
Pool large, warm and clean. Spa large, clean and equipped with everything. Fantastic water beds .
The Christmas atmosphere made our stay even more perfect. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the knowledgeable, welcoming and always kind staff made everything even more magical. We also received unexpected but much appreciated gifts directly in the room (cookies and homemade panettone made by their Maître Pâtissier) and at the check out of the homemade pasta.
Very convenient parking both inside and outside.
Nothing to add, everything perfect.

Perfect short break in South Tyrol

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel “Paradies” and can only warmly recommend it!
The room was not only very clean, but also lovingly decorated and with a fantastic view – here you could immediately feel comfortable. The hot tub on the balcony was definitely worth it!
The service was always courteous, attentive and warm. Especially the staff made our stay even more pleasant with their friendly and humorous nature.
The food was just excellent – a clear 12 out of 10! ️ There was a 5-7 course menu every night, which was perfectly coordinated.
We were also enthusiastic about the spa area: very clean, modernly designed and incredibly cosy – perfect for relaxing.
For families there is also a lot to offer, there is a great program with many opportunities for young and old.
We will definitely come back and can absolutely recommend the place!
