For my first holiday alone I chose the hotel Galles and I couldn't make a better choice! The managers are very welcoming and kind. My (single) room was small but clean and golden with all comforts. The breakfast was very rich and delicious! I also booked sunbeds and umbrella for access to the private beach, very convenient and very close to the hotel; if you want you can also take advantage of the indoor pool at the hotel. The availability of private parking is very useful. I am very satisfied with the stay and will definitely return in the coming years!

Not impressed, staff unfriendly

We have been going to Jesolo for years, we wanted to try a different hotel for once and came across this hotel.. we were there as a family of 8.
And we are really very, very disappointed, the rooms were not properly clean upon arrival, there was so much dust by the closet, I have never experienced anything like that! We explicitly said that we would all like to be on one floor, instead my mother got a room on the top floor and we asked for her to get a different room because she has a fear of heights, we were told no that is not possible, they cannot do anything even though the hotel was not even remotely full. So the cleaning of the rooms as well as the hotel operators were worth 1 star if anything. The only thing that was somewhat okay was the dinner. Going there again, no thanks. The price for what we received is unacceptable.. and that small children have to pay so much is truly outrageous.

Disappointed

Holder not friendly with customers cleaning services not satisfactory we asked to change towels but without result food not satisfactory always the same to be 3stars a hair dryer in the room nonexistent shower of the smurfs in my opinion and better if they change the shef

Poor hotel performance

Price performance not OK! Outdated rooms, dining room partly dirty with spider webs and not air-conditioned, four with 2 rooms we should not sit together at breakfast beach place extra to pay

Chef worth seeing again.

I stayed three days, friendly staff, good location, the only flaw was the restaurant. Food from a 1/2 star hotel, low quality prices, poor and always the same vegetable buffet and you have to choose whether to eat dessert or fruit. If you are used to generous portions I don't recommend it.
