Hotel Lido is set in a quiet position directly on one of Lake Garda's beaches. You will have free parking here and Gargnano centre is just 15 minutes' walk away. All rooms have wonderful views over the lake.

Terrible
A complete disaster. I have traveled the world but have never found such a disaster, run by Indians, no one spoke Italian. I asked for gluten-free breakfast, no response, they did not understand. It is unacceptable nowadays to not comply with laws regarding allergens and intolerances, 80 euros and I didn't even have breakfast, room without air conditioning. Even the regular breakfast was tough, with open cakes thrown on top of a table. Very bad, one must speak Italian or English and meet customer requests. Unthinkable in 2026. Room with broken and dirty sheets... not worth even 20 euros, worse than dormitories.

Worst hotel experience
It's hard to put into words how terrible the whole place is.
At check-in, the lady did not speak a word except Italian, and then, as if I were disabled, she wrote down everything I paid for because I had to pay on arrival, as if I did not know what I had booked.
The room was a disaster. See photos: rotten joints, dirt, dust, a lamp hanging from the mirror, etc.
It's time for a thorough renovation.
I would say the reception doesn't deserve a word, but that's also a disappointment. You really do. No willingness to help, no information, no information. The gentleman had more important things to do, he bought a car online or something. He didn't like it when I dared to ask for two plates. He gave me one, immediately said I had to bring it back..., so I gave it back because it was dirty, and then got two paper plates. There's information from 2023 on it ... Come on, please.
Probably broken printers and piles of paper lying around everywhere, garbage in the yard. The side door is always open, it squeaks constantly, it is terribly annoying and loud.
And the highlight, the breakfast.
I've never seen anything worse.
Spoiled milk, rock-hard rolls, several days of the same pastries and cold cuts, at 9:04 a.m. there were no boiled eggs. I asked about it, the answer was a shrug.
For three days there was fruit salad, then that too, no matter when the guest came.
MOLDY LEMON!!!! Not just a few stains, but a miracle she didn't walk into the trash by herself.
Terrible.
Nobody even asked me once if everything was okay.
The only positive is that the boy apparently could not restrain himself at breakfast and acted very modestly, and the cleaners were also polite.
No recommendation!!!!

Hotel a little old, quiet lake view
Decent room a little old. Small works to be expected. Smiling Welcoming staff, available. Breakfast very well stocked savory sweet , egg, fresh fruit salad.
Paid parking 5 euros per day. The view from the balcony to the lake is a plus. Very nice and quiet.

Nightmarish hotel!
Nightmarish hotel...
I state that I have never made negative reviews because I do not like to ruin anyone's work, but when there is no respect for people then it becomes inevitable. We stayed at the hotel from 14 to 17 August, nothing to say about the view from the window but they only have this. Dirty and unkept room, cobwebs and mold on the walls, bedspreads with stains dated probably from who knows what year without having ever known a washing machine, sink tap blocked (fixed after our signal), shower full of limestone, hairdryer and non-working aerator etc..The beauty comes with breakfast, cakes and croissants completely burned , I point out the thing at the reception that with questionable ways tells me to eat other since that is their "culinary art". PS . The hotel also has a sauna (it's ironic of course), the corridors of the floors are real crematoriums with blocked windows, to feel bad! It's a real shame to have a hotel in such a beautiful location but left to fend for itself! I attach photos of the croissants!
