Hotel with a stunning location and professional, welcoming management

I stayed with my wife for five nights last month.
The choice was influenced by the fact that from Frascati, used as a starting point, we explored the area of the Castelli Romani. Truly very beautiful and worthy of being experienced with the necessary tranquility.
Hotel in a central location in Frascati.
Excellent service provided by the hotel to park in front of the hotel, and then they take care of bringing it to the garage and having it ready for you the next day at the desired time.
It is just a few steps from the central area where the taverns and restaurants are located.
You can't get more central than this.
Spacious and clean rooms.
Very kind and helpful staff.
It's a pity that there is no elevator to reach the upper floors.
Breakfast could be improved, especially the savory part.
Price is reasonable.
If I return to the area, I will definitely come back.

Service with a surprise.

I cannot say anything regarding the value for money of the facility, while I was very disappointed with the garage service. When the car was returned to me, it was parked in such a way as to hide the right side. In the evening, once I arrived at my destination, I understood why the car was parked so close, to hide damage incurred during the transfer to/from the garage. Significant damage to the front bumper. Unfortunately, I did not inspect the car at the time of pickup; I trusted them, and this will serve as a lesson for me.

In questo modo avremmo potuto effettuare immediatamente tutte le verifiche necessarie e cercare di risolvere la situazione nel più breve tempo possibile.
La invitiamo pertanto, se lo desidera, a comunicarci tramite TripAdvisor il Suo nome e cognome e la data del soggiorno, poiché dalla recensione non ci è possibile risalire alla Sua identità. In questo modo potremo verificare quanto accaduto.
In 27 anni di attività abbiamo gestito migliaia di veicoli. Gli unici episodi riconducibili alla nostra responsabilità sono stati due lievi danni, entrambi immediatamente denunciati alla nostra compagnia assicurativa e regolarmente risarciti, accompagnati dalle nostre sincere scuse ai clienti interessati. Per questo motivo non avremmo alcun interesse a nascondere un eventuale danno, essendo coperti da assicurazione.
Desideriamo inoltre precisare che l'area antistante l'hotel, dove vengono prese in consegna e riconsegnate le vetture, è videosorvegliata con telecamere ad alta risoluzione che registrano costantemente. Le registrazioni ci consentono spesso di verificare lo stato dei veicoli al momento della consegna e della restituzione e, in diverse occasioni, hanno permesso di accertare che danni contestati erano in realtà già presenti o erano stati causati successivamente in altri parcheggi. Se non è trascorso troppo tempo dal Suo soggiorno, è possibile che le registrazioni siano ancora disponibili e potremo quindi effettuare le opportune verifiche.
Ci scusiamo nuovamente per il disagio da Lei segnalato e restiamo a disposizione per approfondire la vicenda. Siamo convinti che un contatto diretto avrebbe consentito di affrontare il problema in modo più rapido ed efficace rispetto a una recensione pubblica, pur rispettando pienamente il Suo diritto di esprimere la Sua opinione.

Kindness, availability, ideal location in the heart of Frascati, and impeccable cleanliness. Have a cocktail or a margarita at the Mule bar, and you will not regret it. Additionally, the lady at breakfast makes the most beautiful and delicious cappuccinos in the world!

Christmas at the Castles

The hotel enjoys a very central location, but our room was quiet, and despite the confusing Christmas period we rested well, thanks to the double glazing and roller shutters, which offer total darkness.
It is located inside the ZTL, but the staff is really efficient at this and takes care of everything without the customer having to worry about getting in and out without problems.
They allowed us to park the bike right in front of the hotel, and this for us bikers is priceless.
L 'welcome was warm and all the staff really lovable, including the lady in the breakfast room, very kind and helpful to every request.
Breakfast is varied and with good quality products, it takes place in a room in the basement but does not give a sense of closure, indeed it is very relaxing and well lit.
The rooms are warm and comfortable, the bathrooms a bit dated (useless the presence of the bathtub, which does not even have a cap)
and great care is taken in cleaning: towels are changed daily.

Wonderful location. Super friendly staff. Bed excellent and comfortable. Bathroom although a little dated absolutely ok for our stay.
Location excellent for the station to Rome and bars and restaurants.
We were on a stop over from Puglia to Rome. Perfect
