Old Italian Charm

Location is great, easy to walk to activities and restaurants. Very spacious rooms with the most comfortable beds in Italy. Our host Nicola and his father were welcoming and made wonderful recommendations. “The Breakfast Lady” was amazing! Coffee, fresh croissant, eggs and more, delicious! Very close drive to Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius. There is street parking and an option for private parking for an additional fee. Another review said there was no access to the kitchen but that isn’t true. Fully stocked kitchen with lovely patio that overlooks Naples. We had a lovely stay and will be back!

Maybe better to sleep in the car

I rate 1 because 0 is not present among the rating options.
Let's start by saying that we requested, as required by the special conditions of the structure, check-in after 7pm (naturally paying the expected extra amount) and we were denied with the reason that it was a pre-holiday (??) , forcing us to change travel plans.
The owner responds to messages every 24 hours, writing only "good afternoon" so as not to lower the response statistics that the booking site calculates.
Not without inconvenience, we managed to arrive by 7pm, but the owner was late and left us waiting outside for over 15 minutes.
The room we were given differed from the one booked.
In the room we found towels for one person instead of two. In the fridge there was an open yogurt left by previous guests. The bathroom had a broken sink, no hand soap in the soap dish, a broken toilet seat and not even the rubbish bin used by previous guests had been emptied. The bathroom door remains ajar, it is not possible to close it.
International breakfast is indicated, but breakfast includes one croissant per person without the possibility of choice and a series of snacks packaged in supermarkets; breakfast time is from 8 to 9 (!!). In the breakfast room there was dust, rags and dirty dustpans, the cups were kept in a basin for dirty clothes. We asked the lady if it was possible to have a knife, she left the room she was cleaning and gave us a knife, taking it by the blade without washing her hands.
The b&b is located in a peripheral area which certainly doesn't make you feel safe.
I think it's one of the worst places I've ever stayed, for me to avoid.

Only for suitable for short stays.

No kitchenette as advertised only a large kitchen which was off limits to guests. No tea/coffee making facility in rooms. No fridge available to guests to cool drinks. Extremely noisy traffic day and night. Private beach was 10 minutes walk from the property along scruffy and dirty back streets.
Modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Room cleaned daily. Cleaning lady (Nancy) extremely helpful. Balcony available for breakfast. Large comfy beds and memory foam pillows. A work in progress.

Friendly, Cosy & Great Location

This family run B&B is still finding it’s feet after only 1 month of opening. Everything is fresh, new and tastefully decorated yet the building and the family’s own home across the beautiful garden are classic and steeped in history.
The garden view room has wonderful views of the sea and garden below. Keep the windows closed at night however as the local Ercolano noise is very clear. Breakfast is simple but thoughtful with lots of fresh fruit and baked goods. A shared, spotless, functional kitchen is available with Nespresso coffee and a small terrace which we used to enjoy local pizza while watching the sunset. Nicola and his family are super friendly and very accommodating for your every need such as tourist information, local bars/restaurants or a wine opener! Highly recommended if you do stay in Ercolano.

Ottimo

Pulizia ottima, camera ampia con balconcino, letto comodo , vicino al mare e agli scavi, colazione ottima con brioches fresche , la proprietaria super disponibile vi metterà subito a sua agio , ottima esperienza , non posso che consigliare questa struttura
