Rude, dishonest, and arrogant. Stay away from it!
This happened:
I called out of pure courtesy to ask for confirmation of the possible late check-in (it was just before 10:30 PM) although it was indicated until 11:30 PM on several booking sites. The owner made it clear that the time was fine and told me that the room was available, but immediately quoted a price one third (26 euros) higher than what was visible on Expedia and Hotels.com.
When I pointed out the discrepancy, he started making excuses, inventing that the online rate did not include breakfast (false, it was included) and that the dog was not allowed (false), and when I pointed out that it was allowed, he said that then the supplement was not included (it could be, but it does not justify 26 euros on a booking of 76 euros) and arrogantly dismissed me by telling me to "book there" and hung up the phone in my face. Not satisfied, he did not answer my subsequent call and immediately removed the availability of rooms from the portals.
A management, in my opinion, speculative, childish, and lacking the most basic rules of etiquette. Terrible and embarrassing. I can only recommend staying away from it!

, la invito a leggere le condizioni dei siti, e le consiglio di non partire da una camera doppia uso singola, se no si ritroverà con un disservizio.
Mi pare di essere stato chiaro ed aver chiesto un prezzo di 100€ per una ca,mera doppia con cane , colazione e ceck in tardivo non sia assolutamente fuori dai nostri prezzi.
Abbiamo tariffe chiare e la richiesta di sconti telefonica e totalemtne ingiustificata mi indispone e la ritengo una mancanza di rispetto tanto piu se fatta dietro minaccia di recensione negativa.

Warm experience, in every sense
We were offered orally the à la carte menu or their tasting (3 starters, first, second and dessert). It would have been appropriate to be able to see the paper menu to evaluate both the menu and the tasting, so as to understand what we would eat, but since there were no menus we trusted.
Honestly, paying 40 euros each with a single bottle of wine for 6 people seemed excessive and not in accordance with what was served. In my opinion, for the same amount, you can find better in the area. Too bad."

A little noisy band at Santa Cecilia lunch
Very good lunch, typical, with double pass from start to finish
Friendly and fast staff as well as young and professional.
Owner who also gives us the freedom to play some in the room and not only does not tell us that we disturb as it happens in other restaurants frequented in the past, but he compliments us on the “modern” music we play.
The Bernezzo Band thanks for the hospitality’
