Very beautiful place
Very nice hotel a bit far from everything but nothing to complain about. Beautiful room, hearty breakfast, and perfect restaurant.

Everything impeccably cared for
We spent two nights at this property, also participating in Easter and Easter Monday lunches, and we returned home delighted.
All the staff (from the receptionists, very nice and professional, to the room cleaners, attentive and accurate, up to the many applied to catering services, both breakfast and lunch, always impeccable, helpful and smiling) is very courteous...... really has an edge!
The structure is very nice and well maintained, the room we had was very comfortable and equipped with every comfort (just to name a few: flat screen TV really remarkable, for quality and size, compared to the many stamps that are also found in facilities of equal characteristics; shower and bathroom products of great quality).
I repeat, everything is taken care of impeccably...... and deserves a new visit.

How to live a dream
Our experience with Parco delle Querce began last year when we were looking for the location for our wedding...It was love at first sight...After the open Day c it was clear that we will have celebrated our wedding here!!! Many thanks to Alessandra for her professionalism and availability , to the director Pietro Cito always present... a sincere thanks also to Italo who has always been close to us since the tasting... we highly recommend Parco delle Querce for any event! Complete and perfect location, excellent food and quality congratulations in fact to chef Vanni , and the hotel rooms what can I say ... beautiful !!!!! We have

A beautiful location where you can relax, even with children. In addition to the impressive location, there are many fun outings to plan within pleasant travel distance! Besides the hotel being wonderfully clean and having very good beds, the very strongest point is the staff! Helpful, friendly and nothing is too much. You will be welcomed cheerfully at breakfast and alfresco dining is also very pleasant! The staff are the great point what makes this location so unique that you definitely want to go back there!

A Wonderful Discovery in the Heart of Puglia
I stayed at Parco delle Querce – Green Hospitality Experience while attending the annual Sustainability Festival held in Crispiano. I didn’t know the place before—it was recommended by a tech partner—and I’m really glad I followed the suggestion.
The resort is just a 6–7 minute drive from Crispiano, nestled in nature. I arrived taking the scenic route from Mottola and even spotted a fox along the way, which I managed to photograph—a small but magical moment that captures the atmosphere of the area.
The property is elegant and clearly aiming for high standards. Some parts are still being completed—like the spa, which was under construction during my visit in May, and the pool area, which hadn’t opened yet due to the cooler weather and rain. Still, the experience was excellent. My room was beautifully finished and extremely comfortable—I slept really well. There’s also a restaurant located inside traditional trulli buildings, which adds a refined, authentic touch.
I didn’t get to visit the Aquapark, but it’s part of the overall project. Even now, the resort is a great place to stay, surrounded by nature and in a region that’s full of charm. Crispiano itself is a lovely town, and the Sustainability Festival is impressively well-organized, with strong participation from schools, professionals, and local institutions.
I’d absolutely come back—next time even for a holiday. The location is strategic, close to Taranto and Martina Franca. Highly recommended.
